God is great. For those who lost faith and don't believe in God, please don't be. Just believe in God. Keep faith cause I am 28 the May and till today I didn't receive PER and sent many inquiries in form of 2 e mails an 2 calls with no reply.
But today I recieved the medical request with the blessing of Jesus Christ again without receiving PER.

Please consulte local FBI Agencies (there is a technical term for that) they can speed up the process for FBI Document. other than you have no options. You should have requested for two copies of FBI reports in case you have foreseen yourself for the two applications one for FSWP and one under PNP. Please reach out to the registered agencies or muncipality court agents. Im sure they will guide you for a quicker solution.

Regarding Post MR ... it involves Security check based on your PCC documents and Eligibility check based on medical reports.

By local FBI agencies, do you mean FBI-approved Channeler (option #2 at http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks). it seems like they don't seem to give a written report (just an online PDF or something) Does anyone know if their report is considered by CIC (as a substitute for Police Verification)? Do we know if they would be able to provide these services to non-US citizen or permanent resident.
