Hi Senior member and anyone who can help -
I am an Indian citizen working in US for the past few years. I had applied for both - FSW-2014 and PNP program (Nova scotia) with VO as New Delhi for both. I received PER recently but yesterday, I received an email from Visa Office in new Delhi asking for Police Verification documents, RPRF and Medical examination BEFORE 2014/12/11 for my PR application under FSW-2014 program

1. Unfortunately, for FBI Clearance, it is taking 12 weeks to get report (based on the information on FBI website). We already submitted the fingerprinting request but it is unlikely that we will get the original report before 2014/12/11 to the High Commission of Canada at New Delhi. We had submitted similar request to FBI in June, 2014. But the original of the report is attached to my other application (under PNP program). What can be done in this situation?
Can we request VO, New Delhi to either extend this date for FBI clearance or reuse the original report sent to my PNP application? We shall be able to meet the other requirements by 2014/12/11, just not this one.

2. What happens after Medical exam?

PLEASE HELP me - we are little worried.

1)You should contact NDVO and ask for extension for FBI report. We had another person from NDVO in this forum that was given an extension for FBI's report due to current delay. FBI channelers can't be used if you are not a US PR or a citizen.

2) If your medicals are OK, then your passport will be requested and visa granted.

God is great. For those who lost faith and don't believe in God, please don't be. Just believe in God. Keep faith cause I am 28 the May and till today I didn't receive PER and sent many inquiries in form of 2 e mails an 2 calls with no reply.
But today I recieved the medical request with the blessing of Jesus Christ again without receiving PER.

Due to security reasons Bank has blocked my credit card and reissued a new one. My application is expected to be opened in coming 15 days as I am a 6th August Applicant.

How can I provide new details of cards to CIC. Will they accept such cases or not?

27th August applicant here,I sent an addendum reached on 14th September ,sent an email to CIO on 17th SEP for addendum attchement confirmation ,around 45 days spent without any reply from CIO

Send a New Fee Form with new card details and Cover Letter explaining the situation and with your details. CIC will accept and add the new form to your application.

Good Luck and Bee relaxed, it happened few other forum-mates and they did the same, also got PER's...

You have fair chances of having them attach a new payment form. Send a CSE with a scan ASAP to CIO email. See details in my signature (addendum).

Hi Guys,

I have read on some other threads that they are having completeness check all the way to 3rd-4th week of July. Some have informed that July applicants have received their package returned due to some reasons. So this means that they do completeness check 1 or 2 weeks ahead of the current date CC/DD charges.

I don't want to be negative or anything.. If those returned package reaches on time, are we only able to file/send a new application which amended any lacking/changed documents before Dec. 31, 2014? Since Express entry is kicking in 1st of January. Or others are saying that they will still accept FSW2014 until April 2015..

Just wanted to be clarified with this issue. I know that only CIC has the accurate answer. But i believed forumers here have some ideas..
