A question for senior members.

I applied under NOC 2241with the help of a lawyer in Canada. App reached CIO this August 6th.

With my work experience, I only have 10 months full time but have provided proof of record of employment (1850 hrs) which is more than the 1250 hours that CIC is looking for. Will this pose a problem?

I am 16 th June NOC 2133 applicant. My DD got encashed on 10th oct. But no PER mail till date.
Even July applicants have got their PER mails.Would they be posting PER by post also. Any suggestions/opinions

Hello. All prais is for ALLAH three hours ago i recieved PER email. Application recieved 7th July DD encashed 22 October as mentioned in email noc 0311.
So how could i check my new status now? Hope for all of us success in whole process.

Of course, they would if you haven't provided your email address. Otherwise, every communication you get will be emailed to you.

Application sent on 9th July and RECIVED on 14 Jul 2014 14:04:00 hrs by Mr David.

Latest DD encashed: 4 July(Note:There is a variation b/w time of DD being encashed from one country to another.Please allow enough time for this process.To know if DD is encashed contact the issuing bank or body for an update.)

Total CIC Apps: 5223

Congrats and +1.. So are we seeing the beginning of 14th july apps being charge ?

yep... there was chegevra before sarvan and runningrace after sarvan .... so atleast 3 14th July apps charged ... Finally some CC charging at CIC ...

latest PER seems 7th July .... so gap betweeen PER and CC Charge seems about 7 odd days .... not bad ....

Definetely, but it is recomended to file a query related to the status of your application.

Taking into account that CIC is processing payments for applications of july 14, does that mean that if my application arrived on October 17, my payment will be done somewhere around january?

january end .... or februrary most likely... CIC is generally charging after 108days of your application date .... the earliest I have seen is 105 .... and you have to account for the xmas break of 10 odd days that works against you .... But be patient man .... Best of Luck to you for the wait ... !!
