1. As i have stayed 3 years in canada, they have not asked me for canada PCC, so its cleared ppl having question where they required a PCC from canada, if stayed - Nope not required
2. If change in your family composition - one must need to update VO immediately as this may affect the processing requirements and processing time for your application
