With GOD'S click on the "send email" button today i got MR/PCC/RPRF email.

160 days from the date of App received / 47 days from the date of PER / SS updated already

Submit by - 45 days
email - DELHIIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca
instruction - to send photocopies of PP, but strictly mentioned not Original PP.
medical forms - 3 separate forms & email (as we are 3 members)

1. As i have stayed 3 years in canada, they have not asked me for canada PCC, so its cleared ppl having question where they required a PCC from canada, if stayed - Nope not required

2. If change in your family composition - one must need to update VO immediately as this may affect the processing requirements and processing time for your application

Always include the applicant's full name, date of birth, and file number in your message

UCI number for me and my wife is the same, but my child's differs on the form they have emailed ? is that a worry ? :

All the communications will be sent on email id provided in the GEN. APPLN FORM of PA unless you have 'Used a Rep' 8)

Just a stupid Question. I know it is stupid one but then also.
Do we receive medical on our same email id where we received PER number because we give 2 mail id's one of ours and one of spouse so just a doubt?

I am 25th June applicant for NOC 2174 with fee type as DD.
Still I didn't get any update from CIC. I can see no PER mail for past 3 days for NOC 2174. Is this an end to NOC 2174?

* Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD);
* Country of birth;
* Complete address (including the postal code). If the residential address is different from the mailing address, please provide both addresses;
* Telephone number. If you have more than one contact number, please provide them all;
* Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number;
* Online application reference number;
* Type of application (work permit, study permit or visitor record,etc);
* Approximate date that the application was submitted.

Hi, did you also come to know about UCI number when you called CIC at the above number you mentioned. Last night, I called them up and kept on following the automated menu. Lastly, I got a chance to speak to a representative by holding a little longer but the person couldn't tell anything at all.....he only said if you haven't heard so far then it means your file must be getting processed......however I am not too convinved.

Please let me know if there is actually any way to know the status or atleast the UCI number over the phone.....

Not to forget, the representative didn't even ask for any details. pls help.

Send email to NDVO regarding my and my wife UCI# same, at 9:30 am today
received updated form with different UCI# at 11:15 am today
Such a quick response !

So, its cleared that UCI# must have to be different for each members.

Hi Palak...

While reading your that post.... a question jumped up in my mind....

I filled my application with my wife and a daughter as a family member... I got my PER email and so have an access to UCI no..... but that no is only allocated to me...and I don't have any application no (UCI no) for my wife...

Do I need to worry ??? Or I am matching an apple with an orange case....???

Pls help....

Some of my friends from Dhaka, Bangaldesh FSW2104 application (PER received on Early sept 14) got the 2nd line on last week of October then Medical; wow.... Some of them got PER later than me.. Im still awaiting for the 2nd line [/size]

Some guys are saying that Document checklist form (IMM5612E) has been updated in October2014.

But i have checked thoroughly on CIC website. This form was last updated in August 2014 and form number is { IMM5612 (8-2014) E }.
