Hi Hetal,
Big no for your query. If this would have been the case, they would consider your passport instead.
As per there guidelines Birth Certificate is mandatory.

Assets: 22,000 CAD
liabilities: 6410
POF: 22,000 (Assets in bank certificate)

Is that ok? or will they assume I would use my POF which are my only assets to pay liabilities? Do I have to subtract 22000-6410? If so that would give less POF to show, even though I am not planning to use POF to liabilities.

It is not OK. It means you borrow 6410 to make your POF 22000.

You must have received some assets from 6410 amount. Add those in the assets column.
