If some one has job offer in software engineering and wants apply under 2174 now (when cap reached 1000).
Is it possible to apply now under 2174 in case if he got job offer from some company in CA.

You are suppose to send reply to them on 12th October for not getting it. Do check your spam folder. It is sent from Client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca

In the PDF form, there is some unique number without which your Medical Center cannot proceed with test.

No not possible.....you have to keep it in one mode....either DD or CC....the best is to have the DD as CC can have problems while your payment is being processed.

I think it is possible..I read about this in previous posts.. Only rule is - One has to pay the complete fees for a particular member in one form ..
So $550 by draft and another $550 by CC will do.. but $700 by DD and $400 by CC wont do.. Hope it clarifies.

I believe there is no cap for applicants with job offer

there is no cap for applicants who have job offer. it is sure.
