CIC is processing really slow now :'( Why no more charging for further applications....

You need to get roles and responsibilities no matter what, without that its not possible for CIC to process application.

Try to convince them by stating you need to do correspondence higher studies. Make something up or say for certification . So university and collage ppl are asking for roles and responsibility thing. try to check with your immediate manager or better to ask your HR. I hope you get it soon :D
