Hi All,

I am new to this forum. My app got received on 18 June under 2174 category (mode of payment - DD). I have already updated the SS.
Anyone else from same date under 2174? Would like to be part of a WP group for 2174 if we have any.

Thanks,
R.K. Nain

Quick Question?

How long does NDVO take to reply to emails?

Not as fast as us ;) Couple of days to week approx time, based on the criteria of the inquiry also.

Hi Guys,
I couldn't find a more suitable place to ask these queries. Could you please help me out?

I am planning to apply for the FSW visa in this month. I have some basic questions regarding the same.
1) What is the probability that my application will be inside the CAP ?
2) I plan to go for a consultancy to help me in the complete process. Their charges amount to Rs. 70K. Is this wise?
3) When do I need to take the IELTS test?

Thank you.

Thanks Kollins.. For Keeping yourself active to this forum in betn your busy schedule .. and yes this is my thousandth post for you.. :):)

Hi,

Sorry to hear about your accident. Wish you are speedy recovery.

To the best of my knowledge, CIC is concerned medically with 3 things before admitting a new immigrant to Canada:

1) That they do not pose a threat to public safety (e.g. alcohol or drugs problems)
2) That they do not pose a threat to public health (e.g. serious contagious disease such as HIV or syphillis)
3) That they will not pose an excessive financial strain on the welfare system.

As long as the operation/medical condition doesn't touch any of these 3 things, there is nothing to be worried about.

Good luck !!!

Still No Update For Charge Date Estimates on SS :(

Seniors, Mods Please have a look, SS is faulty

hi

I have small doubt in BG form mother surname at the time of birth? if that is at the time of birth what we have to mention in additional family information same surname or present surname.

If I mention surname if mother at the time of birth that is difftrent in my Birth certificate it shows my mother surname is same as my father surname.

Any problems if its diffrent.
Please suggest

Guys,

what are the chances to not get PER even after DD or CC charged?
I saw a case today in which a person's file rejected after CC charged.

It happens , but it happens rather rarely that a NER/Rejection happens after CC/DD getting charged.

Wish you all the best.. :)

1) What is the probability that my application will be inside the CAP ? that depends on the NOC which you are going to apply
2) I plan to go for a consultancy to help me in the complete process. Their charges amount to Rs. 70K. Is this wise? Not at all advisable, you will get all the info from forum
3) When do I need to take the IELTS test? ASAP

Thank you.
