I m may 15 th applicant. I met with car accident on Saturday. My arm was broken in this accident. Wld b operated tonite. Wld this have any effect on medical outcome.

I couldn't find a more suitable place to ask these queries. Could you please help me out?

I am planning to apply for the FSW visa in this month. I have some basic questions regarding the same.
1) What is the probability that my application will be inside the CAP ?
2) I plan to go for a consultancy to help me in the complete process. Their charges amount to Rs. 70K. Is this wise?
3) When do I need to take the IELTS test?

Probability depends on which noc u are applying in
Consultation charges differ from consultant to consultant but this seems as per the market
You should have IELTS and Education Credentials Report before filing your application.

I have seen a trend in this month's applications . People whu got charged or PER mails 70-80% of dem were CC case . DD pepl r hard to find among the accepted applicants in this month. Cud anyne justify wats goin on wid CIC ??

Sorry to hear about your accident. Wish you are speedy recovery.

To the best of my knowledge, CIC is concerned medically with 3 things before admitting a new immigrant to Canada:

1) That they do not pose a threat to public safety (e.g. alcohol or drugs problems)
2) That they do not pose a threat to public health (e.g. serious contagious disease such as HIV or syphillis)
3) That they will not pose an excessive financial strain on the welfare system.

As long as the operation/medical condition doesn't touch any of these 3 things, there is nothing to be worried about.

My DD is taken on 28th of May and will be expired on 28th of the month October 28th.

This is problem why i worried. And now just i called to one of my friend who is PR Card holder and said if DD is not encashed, then file is not opened at all. Also depend on the officer and File trafic, movement speed will depends.

The only thing is DD takes much time to get encashed then CC.

Yes, we have noted it and already informed Dimitrych to rectify it. Hopefully, when he wake up it the morning, he will fix it up. So, please hold on till then.
