It is up to you whether you want to submit another application. As long as you have another original copy of IELTS and WES report forms, I think you are good to go. Just make sure everything is complete. Quadruple check the forms and ask someone who is knowledgeable about the process to also take a look. I suggest using a different CC for your 2nd application. 2133 wont fill up fast but I believe it will take its pace by the 4th Quarter of this year because information is now spreading. Its just like how the 3012 (Nurses) NOC code is picking up these days.

Hi, I am not sure I get this right, but if you are thinking of submitting additional application with the same NOC, both will be returned. If you are 100% sure that one of the app is already on its way, submit another one, otherwise please refrain.

this morning i asked you question regarding photograph of dependent children, you replied this is mandatory.
Thanks a lot for your kind reply but i already submitted my application on 20-08-2014(received) for NOC -2131 without attaching pictures of my daughter 7 months old. When i was preparing my docs then i read in cic website dependent children over 18 yrs need to attach pictures but that page i can not find now.
kindly suggest me what can i do.

Item 19 on the Document checklist requires photos of all members whether they will accompany you or not.

I had received MR, PCC and RPRF request from NDVO.Done with all this.Along with these docs they have to asked to send copy of passport which i did.
My passport expiry date is Oct 15.Can some one advice if it is a good idea to renew the passport now before stamping or this can be an issue for them at this stage?

I have received PER mail on 8th Oct . Other mails from NDVO would be landing soon in my inbox. Can I start the PCC and Medical process before getting mail or I can only initiate the process after it ..
If yes, What tests do all they do in medical examination ? How about a kid of 8 years of age ?
Out of the panel list which one is preferred one in New Delhi ? Any suggestion ..?

For PCC- you can apply now and get it ready even before they ask for it.

For Medical- you need to wait until they send you email and request for it. You will also receive medical request form when they request for it, which is mandatory to get medical done.

anyone knows anything about this? pls. what about other countries? do you all have this affidavit attached in your translation?

just my experience, i used two translators cuz my original documents were in two different languages.
1. i used NAATI accredited translator without affidavit, just stamp, sign, contact address of translator(from ASEAN country ).
2. Accredit translator in my country, it has stamp, sign, contact address of translator and a phrase stated that " I certify this is a correct English translation of...., which were issued in ..."

both not notarize.

For the RPRF, I plan to send DD ($490 x 2 = $980 ).

My visa office is NDVO. Could other NDVO applicants who got RPRF guide me on the details of the Draft.
