If 16th June (NOC 2174) is not a fake entry then that means they sent it 4-5 days back(around 6th Oct). Then why CIC did not update 1000 that time only. Because to return file the only method is normal post(not any email).

Seniors please suggest...

This means he is so close to get ur MR.....

For the worst case ur file will be returned for any major mistake (no need to think for that since this is very rare at Local VO)...

Hi, I am 8th may ndvo applicant and second line in ecas was updated few weeks back but didn't receive any communication from them yet. I wanted to know if they ask for pcc for kids below 5 years as well or just the principal applicant and spouse?

Any dependant over age 18 as well, but not 5 year old kids.

Need advice on a scenario that my friend is in!

he had applied for NOC 1112

after sending the file he realized that he was referring to the old point calculator and as per the new calculator he is short of 2 points of 67 points to be eligible. then he had given the IELTS exam again and now as per his new score he is qualifying.

Now the question is that whether he has to resend a new application with this IELTS score card or is there a way to send only the new IELTS score card to be considered with the old file??? :'( :'( :'( :'(

I will suggest u to do two thing.....

1.Send a new IELTS copy as an additional docs....

U can send the required docs to CIC right now... attach a cover letter stating that the situation ...

State ur name+DOB+PP number+UCI (if any)+NOC code+ Date of rcvd...

Also email them to below ID (write "URGENT" on the subject of the email)

I guess finally a sigh of relief!! Was a bit tensed as my 2nd line in Ecas was not updated.

Timeline as follows:

App filed: 20 May 2014
CC Charge: 28 August 2014
PER: 09 Sept 2014
MR : 09 Oct 2014

Ecas 2nd Line: 11 Oct 2014

Also, while preparing a new application, please check and apply in any alternate NOC rather than 1112 as 1112 is already at 741 and any new application sent now will surely not fall within the CAP.
