hi guys

just a query got to my head,

they mentioned that regarding the proof of funds, must be readily transferable funds in a convertible currency for settlement in canada.

my bank account is in lebanese pounds, but my bank letter mentioned the equivalence in US dollars.

this means 23,000,000 LP = 15,000 $

my questions is , will they refuse this proof of fund because the base currency of my account is in Lebanese pounds ??

i mean as soon as i get the approval to move to canada i will cash them as dollars,

but can they understand this ?? or they might reject it ??

You are perfectly fine if equivalent CAD is as per CIC requirements for family size.

Observation

What I feel about NDVO is,
they have assigned each resource for one particular date.
Or may be one resource is handling 2 dates.
That's why when we were at 7th May, we were able to see getting MR for 12.
At the same time when we witnessed MR for 14th May (2nd biggest after 7th), we started observing Mr for 15, 16 & 20th.
This leads me to strong belief that, NDVO case maters are assigned applications date wise.

Hi Everyone.

I wanted to share my current situation.

My wife and I filed on 7/11 and 710, respectively. Today I received my wife's package rejected by CIO explaining that her educational documents were not in english. However, I am kind of confused, because my application has not being rejected and it was delivered a day earlier. Any ideas?

Yes. My bank balance certificate was in Indian Rupees, with no conversion to CAD mentioned.

Don't understand in one day from 817 => 1000.

WOW !!! Who can understand how CIO works? I think next in line is 1112.
