DD was cashed on 29th Sept (DD from Canadian bank).
I'm ecstatic!!!

Consultant Just received the Mail and updated, here are the details :

App received at CIO - 11 June

CC charged - 29th Sep

PER - 8th oct - will update the SS as well , first thing tomorrow morning ( IST ) ...

wait begins for the next round, I thank all the Forumites for the positive attitude here.

Just for those nervous souls , i did not have the reference letter on Company letter head , but gave hell lot of documents to prove that i am not faking anything ( which i am really not ) Bull*censored word* company policy .. never mind .. so the point is it did not matter and i have got the PER.

I hope it works our for all of you as well

Just received my PER e-mail short while back ! ;D

My details are as follows:
Appl Received : 11-June-14
Payment Charged : 29-Sept-14 (DD)
PER Received : 8-Oct-14


Was just wondering about two things:

1) The next step and its timeline ?

2) The email mentions 'UCI & Application' numbers, can I monitor my application status on CIC' website with these codes ? ???

Hi guys. Please I need some advice..
I am a Temporary Worker here in Alberta.and on August 2014 I met a girl from Vancouver she is a PR.
We are now in a Long Distance Relationship so we are planning to get married on December 2014 so we could be together after she sponsors me. Do we have a chance for approval even if we just met on August in a Long Distance Relationship, will get married in December and apply sponsorship maybe on February 2015? (We have continuous communications, videos,skype, phone records, we visit each others place and we are also applying for a joint bank account) Is itpossible enough if we present those proofs (we will also add wedding pics after our wedding) that our relationship is genuine? please help..thanks

I don't see a significant mistake here unless you send a copy of your transcript that is different than the one sent and assessed by WES . Did you send the birth certificate in your native language and another certified true copy of it in english?

Just this one: On Schedule 3, I didn't answer #3b because it is not applicable.

Yes, I sent the same transcript evaluated by WES. All Birth Certificates I have are in English. That of my relative and mother has Spanish translations on the document but has an automatic translation on the same page.

Accordingly I have filled my FSW app with my local VO as the processing Visa Office.
Now I'm in Canada, and I should update my address/country, what about the Visa Office?
Will it be delayed If I do this, Do I have other options.

Some friends told that this may delay my app & result in more investigations from CIC.
So should I request to change my VO explicitly or it would be better if I just asked to update my address & let them decide on the VO.

Please advise.

You are required to inform them of address change and your current studies. Then the VO may or may not transfer file to CPC-O. It's their call, not yours.
