Do you mean my VO or Nova Scotia, because my app has not reached my local VO yet, I've got my PER just yestredayDiplomatru said:You are required to inform them of address change and your current studies. Then the VO may or may not transfer file to CPC-O. It's their call, not yours.
Your VO. NS doesn't hold your file any longer.Mamousa said:Do you mean my VO or Nova Scotia, because my app has not reached my local VO yet, I've got my PER just yestreday
Have you sent them an enquiry yet?missmatch said:As per DHL, CIC Nova Scotia have received our application since May 8, 2014. We have not heard anything from them and our demand draft is expiring next month. What should I do?
Do you have an experience with that?Diplomatru said:Your VO. NS doesn't hold your file any longer.
Who ever told you that is incorrect. Update VO about changes. It surely wont delay your process.Mamousa said:HI SENIORS NEED YOUR ADVISE
I've got my PER yesterday.
Before applying for the FSW, I had a Study Visa application which has been approved after my FSW app sent.
Accordingly I have filled my FSW app with my local VO as the processing Visa Office.
Now I'm in Canada, and I should update my address/country, what about the Visa Office?
Will it be delayed If I do this, Do I have other options.
Some friends told that this may delay my app & result in more investigations from CIC.
So should I request to change my VO explicitly or it would be better if I just asked to update my address & let them decide on the VO.
Please advise.
One more question guys...if i have a permanent job offer...should that job be under 50 eligible occupations??gaganpal_2007 said:Hello Guys,
I need your help. I am planning to apply under FSW. I am currently in Canada on PGWP and just got a permanent job offer from the employer.
Do i meet the criteria of arranged employment?? or do i still need LMO or LMIA???
Congrats on PER.arsalan0605 said:Hi Seniors,
Desperately need help here...I got my PER yesterday and when I log in to ECAS, it says that record not found. However, on the PER email it does say that my application is under process now.
Please advice on this. Do I need to use a "-" between 8 digits of UCI while getting in to ECAS?
Thanks in advance and waiting for someone to pitch in a helping response.
I will update it on spreadsheet in a while.
I got one more answer on this forum that after PER my app is not with Nova Scotia any more, and I should inform my loval VO with the changesGoku said:Who ever told you that is incorrect. Update VO about changes. It surely wont delay your process.
Yes thats true once you receive PER you application gets transfered local VO.Mamousa said:I got one more answer on this forum that after PER my app is not with Nova Scotia any more, and I should inform my loval VO with the changes
Then it'll be up to them to decide if they 'll transfer it to Canada VO or not
Can any body assure this
So Nova Scotia has nothing to do with it now.Goku said:Yes thats true once you receive PER you application gets transfered local VO.
You can surely request them to change you VO later its upto them if they changes it or not.
