I need some help in the filling the forms required for immigration and also if there are any cover letters to be submitted with the application. I have below questions on the forms i have completed so far. Please, help me to complete the application.
IMM - 0008
1) Application Details - What should I write in Immigration Office requested for processing this application, I am from Dubai, UAE. ?? - Abu Dhabi or london
2) Personal Details - What is UCI ? What should i write in it? - UCI is unique client identifier. This is provided to first timers at the time of PER or first communication by CIC. In case applying again, same UCI can be used, UCI once alloted is for lifetime.
Add. Dependent - IMM - 0008
1) I am single so don't have any dependants. What should i do with this form? Should I completely ignore it or write NONE/N/A in every box? - Ignore. This form is for people having more than 5 dependents.
Use of a representative - IMM 5476
1) I am filling my application by myself. What should i do with this form? Should I completely ignore it or write NONE/N/A in every box? - Ignore if applying without a consultant
Suppl. Information - Travels - IMM 5662
1) I have only travelled from Pakistan (Origin) to Dubai (Resident). Do i need to mention anything on this form? I have never travelled any other country. Should i write none in every field or N/a? - better to mention

1) I don't have any spouse so should i write none in the spouse field ? Or Ignore it? - Write None or N/A
2) I don't have any children so should i write none in all the fields ? - Write None or N/A

Personal Details of Father:
1) Should the name of my father match with the passport or NIC? - Yes it should. If not provide affidavit
Education:
1) I have done my ACCA together with Intermediate and B.COM. How can i show total years of education in the boxes ? Please, help. - Write in whatever way you want to split, but total years of education have to be correct.
Personal History:
1) I have lived in Hyderabad from birth till 18th with parents, I moved to karachi from 18th to 21 for studies. I moved to Dubai from 21 to Present for job. How can i show this in details? - mention all these stays in the form.

Canadian Educational Credential or Educational Credential Assessment (ECA):
I have received the WES stating that the ACCA membership is equivalent to 3 years bachelors which help me to fetch 21 points. I have also done B.COM. What documents i should include in this section ? (i.e. ACCA or B.COM + ACCA). Should i give photocopies or original photocopies or notarized copies.?? - Have you got WES assessment done for B.Com. you can get 22 points for double graduation in that case.
You will need to give degree certificate copies for degrees for which you have WES assessment done. Notarisation not required.
Language:
Should i include original IELTS result or photocopy or notarized copies? _ original IELTS result
Relatives:
I have my maternal uncle in Canada, I want to claim 5 points for him. He is real brother of my mother. What documents i need to include here to prove the relationship and also to claim the points? Do i need to include any cover letter here? Do i need to put any affidavit or notarized letter? - You need his address proof (Utility bills, CC statement Bank statement), Status proof (PR or Citizen proof) and relationship proof (BC can help)
Section -11 - Financials:
What is total Assets? - Is this everything you have and it's networth or only bank balance? - It includes everything from Properties, cars, etc.
Laibilities - What does it include? Does it include Credit Card balances? - It includes loans and money due to others, but doesn't include Credit cards.
Settlement Funds - What it is ? How it is different from Total Assets? - this is the most important aspect which CIC is interested in. It is unencumbered funds available to you at any given moment of time. Example, bank Balances, FDs, MFs, Free unlocked Stocks, EPF, Withdrawable portion of PPF, etc.
How can i provide evidence for the above? Bank Statement is sufficient? Is there anything else i need to get on the bank statement? - Proofs for all instruments mentioned above whichever applicable to you.
Your Work Experience:
I am applying in NOC - 1111 (Accountant and Auditors)
My duties are very descriptive for each position I worked for, How can i write in one single box? Could you please advise what we have to write and how? - Use another sheet of paper and attach to this form.
I would be very grateful for any help in completing my application pack. I am running out of time so would like to submit as soon as possible.
