A question about the photos. If a single person is applying do they need to send JUST their picture or their parent's too? (As checklist says all your family members even if they don't accomany you.)

Don't see any issue with the PCC. try contacting your VO and asking them about this.

I do have another copy of the PCC apparently, the RPO here issued me two of them, thinking of re-sending it across to the NDVO as it is still valid. Reading in between the lines it looks like it is country specific that they are expecting, you can see the clear distinction that they are making between SINGAPORE and INDIAN (see below),else I should have expected each state here instead . I guess with the amount of docs or with the way they just handle the volume, small errors are possible. That is what I am hoping .

Hi All,

My package was returned and I have just been informed about it now. It's been 4 months and I haven't received the application package yet. My NOC is not so hot and I am planning to re-submit however, I would need your inputs on my situation.

The e-mail I received from CIO indicates that my application package has been "deemed incomplete". I have a photocopy of all the documents I sent and counter-checked it with the Checklist, and I confirmed that I was able to submit everything except the ones that were tagged as "If Applicable" like the Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) because I do not have any dependents (applying as a Single, Principal Applicant).

I am trying to collect and fill out updated forms right now. I don't think it is safe to "wait" for the application package to arrive since it may have gotten lost and my time may run out. Any thoughts?

Won't you need some docs in the package on the way back to you to submit the new application, like IELTS and WES report?

Today also ended with worries.... due to cc not charged

Will it get charged by worrying???
Wrry is a total.waste of time...
It will keep you busy by doing nothing...
If your payment has not been charged today the it will charge tomorrow or day after tomorrow...
But it will charge someday...
So don't loose hope nd be optimistic...

For those who are running out of time for FBI PCC request can speak as below.

FBI can be reached either at 304-625-5590 or at 304-625-2406. They are located in West Virginia and it is the same number for whole of US. If the representative comes to the phone, he/can tell you about your case immediately or no one picks the phone, you may leave the message giving your spelled out name, contact phone number and Alien Number, They are usually prompt in returning phone calls.
