Unfortunately no one knows when we will receive PER

Hi I received email from WES about CIC not able to check ECA online. so i had to order 1 extra copy and this was they will make report online for CIC as well. I am 9 june applicant and CC cherged on 26th June.

Consultant Just received the Mail and updated, here are the details :

App received at CIO - 11 June

CC charged - 29th Sep

PER - 8th oct - will update the SS as well , first thing tomorrow morning ( IST ) ...

wait begins for the next round, I thank all the Forumites for the positive attitude here.

Just for those nervous souls , i did not have the reference letter on Company letter head , but gave hell lot of documents to prove that i am not faking anything ( which i am really not ) Bull*censored word* company policy .. never mind .. so the point is it did not matter and i have got the PER.

Hi Everyone

I had a question regarding First and Last Name on my Indian Passport.

In my passport i don't have a last name, i.e. First Name is written as 'HARSHDEEP SINGH' whereas last name field is empty.

So while filling up the forms it stated that please write your name as per your travel documents, what happened was that i didn't have a last name and when left that field as empty it didn't allow me to complete the form.

What i did in this case is wrote 'NA' in all the columns where last name was asked and 'HARSHDEEP SINGH' where first name was asked.

So is this the correct approach i followed or there can be a possible rejection in this case due to a missing Last Name?

As per instruction guide if someone doesn't have surname then he/she should write his /her name(first name) in surname column...
If by mistake someone write his /her first name in first name column instead of surname column it will not lead to rejection either....

So just relax

Congrats to those who got their PER. I am happy to see CIC gaining some momentum and sending PER to June 12 applicants as well. I am also June 12 applicant for NOC 1112 LVO so can I expect my PER by this weekend. Its been 4 months and no news yet even bank is not giving proper response so I am only counting on PER.

Any suggestions friends and seniors

Staying in more than one state does not require more PCCs. When was the Application submitted with PCC to CIC and what was the PCC issuance date ?

My PCC was submitted along with the application itself, App Recv Date is 5th May 2014, the PCC was issued by the RPO Bangalore on the 25th Apr 2014.

Canadian Educational Credential or Educational Credential Assessment (ECA):

I have received the WES stating that the ACCA membership is equivalent to 3 years bachelors which help me to fetch 21 points. I have also done B.COM. What documents i should include in this section ? (i.e. ACCA or B.COM + ACCA). Should i give photocopies or original photocopies or notarized copies.?? Photocopies if every certificate is in english, other get that document translated, notarized and include it with photocopy of original certificate


Language:

Should i include original IELTS result or photocopy or notarized copies? ORIGINAL


Relatives:

I have my maternal uncle in Canada, I want to claim 5 points for him. He is real brother of my mother. What documents i need to include here to prove the relationship and also to claim the points? What is total Assets? - Is this everything you have and it's networth or only bank balance?

How do we come to know once the file is transferred to NDVO. Do we get any update in ECAS???

So is the ECAS status updated Immediately the day file reaches NDVO or first they check our eligibility for FSW and then update the status in ECAS?

Just received my PER e-mail short while back ! ;D

My details are as follows:
Appl Received : 11-June-14
Payment Charged : 29-Sept-14 (DD)
PER Received : 8-Oct-14


Was just wondering about two things:

1) The next step and its timeline ?

2) The email mentions 'UCI & Application' numbers, can I monitor my application status on CIC' website with these codes ? ???

Hi Seniors,

I have finally gotten my PER mail today. Visa office New Delhi.
Can you please tell me what are the next steps for me ?
Is there anything that I need to do ?
I sent my PCC request from US immediately after seeing the mail, that will take 3- 4 months.

hey guys, I am planning to apply to WES for ECA report, since their estimated processing time is 20 days ( as per the website). Is it fine if the college registrar attests the documents instead of the the University?

Has anybody from Mumbai University got their credentials assessed by WES?

It is just an estimate of 30-35 days after per...
Some forum mates stated their ecas status changed first nd after then they receibed medical request whether some mates stated they recieved mr and after few days their ecas status have changed..
So.it is not easy to comment..

But we can say that Vo will issue mr or ecas status update or both after background checking

Another day ends without CC charge...almst lost hope..The SMS tone doesnt give ny excitement .. Any 2133 Noc applicant among 18th or 19th june applicants got CC charged??

Cic has just started charging 19 june applicants...
Then why you are so worried..
When your application received at cic???
