I don't think that is possible. In my openion the only way is to file a new application in desired NOC.

Do I need to delete the RED part?

also, I cant put all my documents in 9"X 12" envelope.. I have a big bunch of document now .. can I use a bigger envelope? how have u guys done it?

Not sure if this might help but I used the plastic document folder to hold all the documents. Then went to DHL office and they put the folder in their shipping envelope

FDs or savings - should be either from your account or wife's account or jointly between u n wife...

What I knew that if I am principal applicant and I have joint account with my father / FD account with my father, it's OK but what i need to show is Notarized Copy of NOC from my father for utilization of fund.

is that correct?

I am May 12th applicant and received PER on 21st Aug.
Still waiting for MR from NDVO :-[

Anyone with 12th May or above received MR from NDVO?
Also, can anyone let me know the email Id from which we receive MR (NDVO)?

We are in same boat. applicant of 12 may received PER on 21 Aug....
waiting for MR....reading forum and helping other as much as I can. Its the only way to keep myself away from stress...

But I think there is nothing we an do except wait...

I have submitted my medicals on 16 Sep and got the 3rd line added in ecas - Your Medicals have been received on 22 Sep 2014. Previously I also sent my PCC to NDVO and paid RPRF online.

I believe NDVO is yet to send out their first PPR (Passport Request).. Lets see who gets lucky first... Although I have little hope that they'll send PPR before Diwali .. i.e. 23 Oct.. nevertheless prayers for everyone are on..!!

I presume ECAS shows "Medicals have been received" and does not mention date in there. Is it the date on which you checked status got updated with the third line or the date itself is also mentioned in the ECAS?

Yes delete it.


You can use any envelope according to your choice, just don't take a very large one.
