i can see 19 rejections/file returned by NDVO in the spreadsheet....

can anyone please explain me, does it mean 19 files were rejected after getting PER ??

also , what are the reasons behind rejection after PER .. ?

Almost all of them are rejected before PER

This is the most informative forum of all, for FSW 2014.

Thanks to everyone for sharing so much information, which really helped me a lot to complete my application.

My application reached CIC Nova Scotia on 02-10-2014 (this is the date I could track through courier service portal)

Does this mean date of application will be 02 Oct ?


NOC under which I have applied is 0121 (Insurance, real estate and financial brokerage managers).

It would be great to interact with you all and exchange valuable info.

Yeah bro

I guess only one applicant got reason for rejection after PER and the reason was related to ielts score
He replied back and cic admitted their mistake stating him to resubmit documents and was treated as original date applicant

And yeah one more case was there in which cic admitted mistake: forum member's ielts was valid when his application reached to cic but he got rejection stating ielts is old

He fought / replied back with evidence and cic gave him another chance by doing needful .

Yeah right I seems to be losing on this NOC.
Do you know if I can apply in another NOC at this moment ?
I mean sending another file while I have already sent one .Will it be of any concern in any way ?

You can file under multiple NOCs but i am not sure if you can do it right now.
