Yeah bro

I guess only one applicant got reason for rejection after PER and the reason was related to ielts score
He replied back and cic admitted their mistake stating him to resubmit documents and was treated as original date applicant

And yeah one more case was there in which cic admitted mistake: forum member's ielts was valid when his application reached to cic but he got rejection stating ielts is old

He fought / replied back with evidence and cic gave him another chance by doing needful .

It is gonna be very tight.What we have seen is the higher no. Of applications in the early months and then it gradually decreases.I think you will be among the last couple of candidates.Just prey hard.

Speaking - 6.5
Writing - 6

No your spouse do not have to get Wes.He/she has to clear the language test.

Like do they have to write ielts. Members here said it's not mandate if principal applicant crises 67

I am expecting my application to reach CIC sometime next week..around Thursday or Friday. My NOC is 2171..what do you guys feel of my chances being within the cap? I looked at the spreadsheet but it is quite close. Any opinions?
