Currently cap filled for this NOC code is 311. Is it possible to get in cap

It is gonna be very tight.What we have seen is the higher no. Of applications in the early months and then it gradually decreases.I think you will be among the last couple of candidates.Just prey hard.

Like do they have to write ielts. Members here said it's not mandate if principal applicant crises 67

If you are not claiming points for your spouse ielts then there is no need...
If you want to claim points then you have to submit spouse ielts..

If the primary applicant has 67 points. Do they have to send spouse educational documents and wes? What all spouse documents are required ?

No need for WES of spouse and it's not mandatory to send send educational documents as well ( if u wish u can provide them copies )
As u have 67 points no need for ielts score of spouse as well
