Century, will we still have time even though application would most probably leave for Nova Scotia on December 24th. That's whats worrying me that it wont arrive before December ends or before the date in which they will accept the application.

You are referring to news published Attorney David Cohen's who is very well respected; though according to the news, CIO won't continue the program, but it is unofficial and the news did not publish any source of it.

Without going into any controversies, let's concentrate only what is official: FSW2014 will continue till April 2015.

Generic form and additional family information- but don't worry on this. First inform the VO. They will ask for the details. From VO to VO, documents could be varied.

I think cic is added a new systen of file completness check just to speed up the per process.Your application is checked for the complete documentation and then it is forwarded to the case officer for case studying. BUT this is only my assumption based upon the applicant who got rejection.I think he got the message that his file is incomplete.

so they send you an email if your file is incomplete but you need to wait for your package to be delivered if your application was rejected? Thats odd....not questioning you bro but the way cic functions

CIC is checking for the file completness.24th june applicants are rejected due to incomplete set of documentation.

cic send them complete file with a reference document stating tge reason of rejection.

For 2174, it is too bleak to expect any good news.

Why would be that ? is there any place where we can have an actual count checked?
What do you recommend in that case.
Shall I go ahead and apply under some other NOC?
