1. No need to send sealed copy. just send the original ECA report without WES cover letter
2. I hope your confusion is cleared now. Just read the WES cover letter they had send with your ECA report properly. WES will share with CIC, electronic copy of your ECA report, which you have got through courier.
3. Dont wait and rush your complete application to CIC. whats your NOC?

no -- Any new Ministerial instructions will overwite preivous rules - having said that EE set to launch Jan 1st - there wont be any more FSW acceptance of applications effective Jan 1st

My friend - this is fact - choice is to believe it or skip it

What you have mentioned about Ministerial instructions is true. As of now there is no such Ministerial instruction which says that FSW2014 will cease to exist effective Jan 2015.

Till the time such Ministerial instruction is not there, we can assume FSW2015 will continue till April 30th 2015

what you say is true. PSK officers deny to accept what is written on their own website. But should we take it lying down ? No !!!

We can meet the APO who is incharge for the PSK and things start moving as desired. It is the junior staff who create problems most of the times due to their half baked knowledge.

Spoken to APO my friend and it was she who told us "Yes that's what written on our website but we don't really go with that, we have our own rules and checks".

And we have already seen several differences between one PSK and another...... one say we have to get PCC clearance from local police station if your passport issuing date is not within one year of PCC issuance date while other PSK gives PCC in 2 hrs for a passport which was issued 8 years ago.

Things would have been better if only they had any centralised governing body who would actually monitor consistency in the practices of all PSKs but I don't really think there's any and even if there is, they aren't much keen on doing their job.

Obviously there's no harm in trying to convince them but then, if they are causing such a fuss, I don't see a point wasting time on PSK when one can also apply for PCC from SP office.

Dude it is 5 yrs !!

This can be renewed if you have stayed for minimum 2 yrs and you can apply for Citizenship if stayed for 3 yrs or above in the past 4 yrs..

whether i have to search job after reaching to canada or is there ant chances are available from india

Another -1 as soon as I am able. You are INCORRECT.

The Ministerial Instructions have explicitly stated that FSW and EE will overlap until FSW ends on APRIL 30TH, 2015.

This statement, "These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015." on the CIC website may be interpreted differently. However, there is no mention of FSWP 2014 being a one year program. It is possible that FSWP 2014 will close when EE opens in January, 2015. Hence, CIC is working at a faster pace to process all applications.

No, it is not possible because we already have ministerial instructions on this point.

Furthermore, applications do not have to be completely processed by the time the program ends, you only have to apply by the time the program ends.

If your application reaches CIO on April 30, 2015, it will be processed as normal.

Thats really bad. You should complain against the PSK and the APO in that case.
