I applied under NOC 2171, below are the duties my company provided in the reference letter. Would you think these tasks are OK for this NOC?

COMPUTER SYSTEMS ANALYST


1) Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems.

2) Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.

3) Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address.

You must land within 1 year of your medical exam. This cannot be extended.

Once you land and get your PR card, you must stay in Canada for 2 out of every 5 years to maintain PR status. You must stay in Canada for 4 year out of any 6 year period to be eligible for citizenship.

I have 3 months notice period and also i'm little bit worried on searching job. After reaching there i need to search job or can i search job from india?

Assuming there is nothing wrong with your medicals or security check/PCC you are almost 100% to get the visa.

I also saw someone asking about chances of getting rejected after getting a PER, but did not see any response.

Hi, anybody knows the validity of this PR whether its 3 years or 1 year for FSW?

3 yrs or 1 yr ? ? ?

Dude it is 5 yrs !!

This can be renewed if you have stayed for minimum 2 yrs and you can apply for Citizenship if stayed for 3 yrs or above in the past 4 yrs..

Landing time to Canada is however 1 year from MR.

Will cic still accept fsw 2014 applications from January 2015? i am getting conflicting information on this topic,some say the fsw 2014 will close in December while some say it will run concurrently with the express entry. I will appreciate if anyone can clarify this possibly with an official link from cic.

My documents won't be ready till early December so i am really hoping it will run with the express entry.

It will run concurrently. As long as you get your application in by April 30, 2015 you can be processed under FSW.

They have never asked to attach any national id

Actually they did. Look at no. 16 in the checklist

Identity and Civil status documents
- National IDs

Unless you already have a UCI.

So, what? Until they charge you, the ECAS will show nothing even with a UCI allocated with any previous CIC application.

My application was received on 4th June 2014 but my CC hasn't been charged until now.Nor has been there any rejection mail.I saw in the spreadsheet a lot of entries from even May which are neither reject nor CC charged.What should I do in such situation ? If they reject soon atleast I can reapply but there in no progress on the application.What could be the reason ?

Need one info..during the process my Physical address has changed so what is the process to inform them about my address and when I should do that????
