What are the chances of getting PER once your CC is charged , I am confused when CIC will check for thes ROles and Responsibilities etc .

Not only can we assume, we can KNOW, because there has been a Ministerial Instruction saying so.

No, it is not possible because we already have ministerial instructions on this point.

Furthermore, applications do not have to be completely processed by the time the program ends, you only have to apply by the time the program ends.

If your application reaches CIO on April 30, 2015, it will be processed as normal.

There is a ppssibility of rejection at any stage of this process, even if everything is in complete order like with rohan' case for instance. So, deal with it and be patient.

If you have given +1 to someone (or -1), then you cannot give another +1 (or -1) to the same guy for the next 168 hours (7 days)...This is Karma.
