you really believe that they have made a data base, based on all of the info from the generic application forms from all of the applicants (together with the ones whom they were cursing in the process?? ;D) i highly doubt so, especially since i've consulted with an immigration adviser regarding UCI for this year application and change of NOCs... but, of course, i might be wrong.

The system they use called GCMS - it stores all the database of generic form of all the applicants. And they kept the information for 10 years.

Please read the text : You will only receive one copy of your Test Report Form, unless you are applying to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), or United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA) – in these cases, you can receive two. Proof of application to CIC and UKBA must be provided.

I am not sure what kind of proof they want from CIC but I think using this way we can get second copy of our IELTS result.

N number of times I told in this forum not to use DHL.
Sorry to say ur Doc will reach tomorrow to NS. They won't deliver. Bright chances r there to deliver on Wednesday 2pm Canada time.
Wait & watch other service deliver other applicant doc. No option.

Balars4, thanks for the response but fortunately my courier is with delivery courier and will be delivered by 2PM today Monday. DHL is bad but other couriers are equally bad or rather because Nova Scotia being a remote area ll couriers face issues in having deliveries on time. This is what my inference is after seeing the spreadsheet.

UPS is BEST INSIDE CANADA, application delivered within 18 hrs from ONTARIO

No - you don't qualify. You need a minimum of 67 point.

Thanks, but I have also read about "substituted evaluation", which is stated as follow:
"Through this discretionary authority, a visa officer, after concluding that an applicant is likely to succeed economically in Canada, may admit the applicant regardless of the fact that the applicant received less than the required 67 point threshold currently in place. This is commonly referred to as exercising positive substituted evaluation."

What is this about ?

No, if application processed nothing comes back. That is why they ask for copies not originals

i'm curious about one thing.. whoever has any thoughts on this, i would appreciate if he/she shares it here..

since this year fsw program officially opened on may 1st, and the news about it officially has been published on april 26th,how do they mark first applicants? are the first one the ones they've received on my 1st and on, or the once they started receiving since april 26th? i'm just curious!

Boss u r reaping benefits of others feedback/bangged DHL customer care in india and canada as well last week.
Mine taken 3working days from ONT to CIC. All d best.
