What is correct address to send application:

I have address from person "helping" me with aplication:

49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada, B1P5Z2

but on the web site I found address to PO Box and now I don't know what to do...

Please advise

49 dorchester street is accurate. Dont worry
private couriers(fedex,dhl) will never deliver to po box anyway.

It depends if you are sending it via courier or via regular mail.

You can call Just dial for this. And once you connect with them ask for their accreditation. If you are in delhi, there are many in Nehru place and Bikaji Kama place.

Dont forget to notaries it and send it along with a copy of original certificate.

Thank you for providing valuable information on this thread, this is the only thread where anyone can get all the details related to FSW 2014. I have a question, hope someone can answer. Requesting you not to irritate if it's a repost, I'm new to this forum and couldn't track all 5k+ pages.

I am ready to file my application with all the required docs (WES, IELTS, Work Exp etc). I have total 10 years of work experience which includes 1 year as entry programmer, 3 years as Data Analyst/junior DBA role, 6 years as System Consultant/Analyst. As per my experience, I am planning to apply in NOC 2171 (IT/System Analyst) but as per CIC website 233 PERs are already issued (till may 28th or may end per this forum), so I'm a bit dicey about this NOC. I can also apply for 2172 (DBA) as I've more than 1 year experience in this role and there are very few PERs issued in this NOC.

Is it possible to apply in 2171 primary and 2172 secondary preference? Will CIC issue PER in second NOC if first NOC is already capped?

As well as a notarized declaration of the translator.

That would make three things, written below:

1. Notarized photocopy of the original
2. Notarized Translation
3. Notarized declaration of the translator (since you are using an Indian translator; if it were a Canadian translator then you could have used their registered translator number)

Please take an appointment by visiting the website of a passport India.

Here take an appointment by paying a fees online.

I went after taking the appointment. I assume its a better practice go take an appointment rather than being sent back because of a long queue.

They will give two copies on the same day.

Take all documents you have.

Hi,

I just got the package today aplication returned - I didn't include original ECA

What should I do? Just include missing original and resend all the package with previously filed forms or should I fill out new forms? Some officers was making check marks on the forms and they put UCI# on the form.

Just read your messages on the forum.

I just want to reiterate what seniors would have told you; treat this as a new application; let it be delayed by another week or a fortnight even; you are a 5125, so am I. It is a cold NOC, so relax.

Go through the guide; don't miss anything.

Provide the originals wherever asked for.

RE-ISSUE YOUR DD (if you are using a DD)

I so wanna see 5125 get a PER, will give me some hope.

Yes I did.

However I had the online generated receipt. Do not pay online. It's an easy peasy process.

Is any information for you different from the information in the passport? Like getting married (esp. if you are a female or address change)

I have a question. I received my PER 18th August and waiting for MR from NDVO.

since I have visitor visa to canada, can I go there now and do medicals in canada and then send passport to ndvo when they want it?

If so, then after passport gets visa, do i need to move out of canada and get back in?

Is it must to provide ref. Letter with job duties for noc level C??? One of my previous employer not providing me ref. Letter as per cic format and i hv only simple exp. Letter without JD and that too is at the time of relieving..now i m confused what to do? and how to explain cic that my this exp. is NOC level C?? Plz note that i m not claiming points for this exp. So do i still need to get ref. Letter with jd???

I have few questions for applying PR for my brother in law.

1.) He is applying from US and did masters in US for 2 years after his engineering from India. Can he just submit apply with his US master equivalent from WES or does he also need to submit his degree transcripts for B TECH for India ?
2.) As he stayed for more than 6 months in US how can be get police clearance certificate from US.
3.) Can he use his car as asset is US. Its worth around 20k USD.

Someone has already answered this, agree with the 1 and 2 of the response. however, for 3 - you cannot show your car as an asset, since it is not liquid asset. If he wants to show money from it, he'll have to first sell it off and then show it in his bank account.

Hi,
If you wish to nominate two NOC, you have to send in two separate packages. Only one primary NOC can be nominated in one application package. You need to have all the documents in two sets.

I have one more question. The person who prepared the application for me, whatever there was a question about last 10 years of employment she CUT the beginning date to the current month. For example. My employment was from
2002-10 to 2007-07
she put on application:
2004-05 to 2007-07 - she was providing exactly 10 years by cutting the date (I sanded the first application in May)
Is it something what needs to be done?
Which was to go?

the same problem I have with addresses, should I cut as of 2004-09 or put the latest what included this date ...??

Please advise

P.S. I still don't know how to give rating +1, I was told that should have something under name - Good - but under name I don't see anything like this...
