Sorry to bother u guys again.

Another query: my appointment letter or reference letter DOESNT specifically state the number of hours worked per week, although it is a full time job. Appointment letter states: "working days- company works in a 24*7 environment and hence you may have rotational shifts depending on your role. The working days shall be 6working days". It says nothing about the hours.

Is that going to be a problem??

If yes, can I send in a new reference letter??
And if how do i make them relate the new reference letter to my existing app that they received on 11th sep as i dont have any reference number till now. I mean what all details do i mention on the covering letter on new courier?? Also Will new courier be on time or the existing app will be rejected before that. ??

Hello, yes I have authorized signatory and represents the company with external agencies. However, since it's sent, so I almost have nothing other than wait and see... just couple of questions:

- If I apply now for another NOC (2281 is the closest available one), do you think this will impact the existing application?
- Is it possible to get an Original copy from IELTS?
- Shall I wait first for the result of existing one or is it better to start preparing another application package right now?

You can definitely apply for 2281. Ensure you have the experience at least 1 year in the last 10 years, and a timeline PREFERABLY not overlapping your 00* period.

It is possible to get a fresh copy. You have to say it is for Fsw, They will insist on some proof, and you can show your application details to FSW. (I did the same and got additional copy and keeping it as a back up to apply with my spouse as principal applicant)

When did you apply? You can wait for the result of the first one, while keeping ready with everything for the second package assuming it is not late for second. But since your second application in 2281. It is also not a very cold NOC. So latest, should apply BY OCTOBER END for this. Go ahead...

Nothing to lose in sending one...but send immediately before it is picked up for consideration. Currently I heard they are looking at June applications for completeness. So you can act now.
While sending to the same address that you sent earlier link it as ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS..with YOUR PASSPORT NUMBER (Principal), FIRST AND LAST NAME, Date of Birth, Country and Date and time of receipt that you got from your courier agent as reference.

I remember I have downloaded this file previously, but today I just cant find the option .. web pages gives an option to save as HTML etcc.. but no option for Download as... what am I missing?

That is true. I have downloaded earlier. But now the save as option is not there. This option was available in CHARGED DATES ESTIMATES tab for observed data. Hence I did copy and paste.

20th June is far away...to cover risk, send DD immediately. You loose nothing other than the DD charges!

If they charge CC, they will then not charge DD. You can always ask your banker to cancel it after your cc is charged and PER is received!

It has to be TWO ORIGINALS. TRUE COPY WILL BE REJECTED. You can request for that to IELTS IDP / British council. They have some nominal charge for the same. You need to show some proof that it is for FSW. Best Wishes!

Dear Experts,

I have applied recently (10SEPT14) however I have used the old Schedule 3 (footer date 08-2013). It does have ECA checkbox and signature box. I believe I downloaded this in JULY14.

Do you think I need to resend the new Schedule 3 as the only difference I see in the new one is that it does not have the option for less than 1 year experience.

Can it become a reason for my application rejection or the forms with footer date 08-2013 are safe to use?

I have similar issue. I downloaded generic app form in June and sent my app on August 4th. Supposedly this form was changed on 20th June. But I was assured by many it should not be a problem. So fingers crossed..
