Thanks for the prompt reply. I already applied :( and your words made me very worry :'( :'( :'( I lead a small Telecom Company in my country and was able to get a reference letter with as close duties as the NOC 0013.

If there is anything you believe I can do now, please let me know to save time.. I applied on June 6th.

Regards,
Ahmed

Hi, please check if you have any documents to highlight you are a board appointee...or you have independent country charge, or responsible signatory for the company in legal documents. If you have board reporting responsibility, or responsible for the company to external STATUATORY agencies, add those as addendum and respond.

If you think you are not sure you qualify, then try the best NOC that suits you..most of them are cold..except for a handful and hence there is lot of time still to apply fresh! Best wishes!

Really thanks. That motivates, but on the previous page Pooja said I'm too late for applying. So was worried.

Reg ECA: Do we need transcript also for school examination board (mine is CBSE) i.e. 10th/12th? I know engineering university marksheet & certificates are mandatory

Another doubt: What happens if they reject my application at any stage? Do they refund the money?

Dear Seniors,

pls guide if you have any suggestion for me on my below query. whether I should apply or not with below condition for canada pr?
===============================================================================
I need your advise on following question in schedule A form.

been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa or application to the provincial nominee program or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

I got my h1b visa refused in past from USA and also PR application for Australia rejected almost 5 years back. It was rejection to application for skilled worker, not denial of entry at border. I read, some mentioned tht you should check the box only if entry denied at border/entry point to the country. So i am confused.

Do I need to select this checkbox and provide information on both or none or for refusal of Australia PR.

What do you think - would it impact the canada pr application evaluation?

Appreciate your expert advise on this.
===============================================================================
My interpretation of the wordings is that you have to report both...h1 b though not an immigrant, is a resident category visa. Australia PR is a immigrant category so also need to be reported. I dont think they have any direct bearing on your PR processing, other than more acute scrutiny of your papers as they are not recent anycase. Do mention in a separate covering letter the circumstances to the refusal / rejection and why the situation is different now.
Please wait for others to also provide views.! I hope and wish you the best!

ECA for 12th 10th is not required, if degree completed.
If they return the application because of completeness, generally they dont encash the DD. Incase they have moved to PER, it depends on the case specific officer and how he views the reason for refusal. In most cases, it is not refunded as I understand at this stage and onwards.
Best wishes!

I had applied for WES in april and i got report within 10 days. But i think WES is currently taking 45-60 days to prepare report due to heavy rush of applications.

Yes agree that they are taking more time now. But even then, if docs are in place, The evaluation is completed in 20-25 days. Have not heard anyone taking more time than that. I may be wrong though.

Hello, yes I have authorized signatory and represents the company with external agencies. However, since it's sent, so I almost have nothing other than wait and see... just couple of questions:

- If I apply now for another NOC (2281 is the closest available one), do you think this will impact the existing application?
- Is it possible to get an Original copy from IELTS?
- Shall I wait first for the result of existing one or is it better to start preparing another application package right now?

Ahmed

~~PCC from UK~~

For my masters I was in UK for continuous 7 months, and then came back home for 1 month vacation again went back stayed 4 months. Now in my police clearance from UK does is mean to mention 12 month of 7 month I stayed there?

One more thing, 1.5 year back I took clearance from uk for a different purpose. I still have that certificate. Do I need to take it again now as 1 year passed!!? I am wondering after completion of study in 2009, I didn't went back there so no record of me even exist. So it's going to be the same clearance like my previous one that I have taken 1.5 year back. But still do I need to get one new??

You need a fresh ONE as it should be issued within 3 months of your application date. Regarding period of stay, full period of stay that you did in UK ....11 months...is my interpretation of cic advisory.

Next statement you will get in Oct 2014. Most of the times there is no way to get the recent statement. CIC knows these issues and will consider.

Just in case, you can add a note in the cover letter mentioning that Statement as of Oct 13 is provided for PF and if required, you are ready to provide Oct 14 PF statement, once the same is available.

You can get a PF statement for the entire term you are with the company from the same company. Speak to your finance. They are obliged to give it under government regulations. Atleast in India. You can use that which will contain the latest balances.

I have done an integrated 5 year degree BE+MBA. In my WES although they have recognized my bachelor and masters degree but they have put a star at the end of report stating that difference cant be made out in bachelors and masters degree due to integrated nature of programme. Now m afraid whether i will get full 23 points for my masters degree? ( as i have sent my file on 67 points including 23 points from my degree)

what you guys think?

My guess is 23 points as WES has recognised your masters and given equivalence to Canadian masters. Also they have recognised that this is a combined course, hence.

Hi seniors,

Sorry to bother u guys again.

Another query: my appointment letter or reference letter DOESNT specifically state the number of hours worked per week, although it is a full time job. Appointment letter states: "working days- company works in a 24*7 environment and hence you may have rotational shifts depending on your role. The working days shall be 6working days". It says nothing about the hours.

Is that going to be a problem??

If yes, can I send in a new reference letter??
And if how do i make them relate the new reference letter to my existing app that they received on 11th sep as i dont have any reference number till now. I mean what all details do i mention on the covering letter on new courier?? Also Will new courier be on time or the existing app will be rejected before that. ??

As long as its a full time job mentioned in the ref letter, you shouldn't be worried.
