as per additional family information (IMM 5406) it has mentioned that complete ALL names in English and in your native language. (In my case it is Gujarati).

do I need to put English and Gujarati name in same form and in same box?

rameez,Gujrati is one of major language in india,and its THE OFFICIAL defacto language in the state of gujrat ,so its fine to write in gujrati script,probably CIC seeks applicant to write their native script for to crossvarify,albeit if situation arises in future. So you are right in using Gujrati. Canada is a liberal country that respect every & culture unlike indya where hindi is being imposed on other languages,sorry for being little politik

I think you should accept 17th as the date of your exmination. firstly 7 days wont make so much of a difference. You will not gain anything by complaining as tomorrow is the 10th and you will not be able to give your exams tomorrow plus your attention and energy will be diverted from your exam.

I applied for IELTS test for May 10, 2014 through british council. For this i applied online on April 29, 2014 and submitted the fee through designated bank on may 02, 2014. They have mishandled my case and are not allowing me to sit in the May 10 test and are offering me May 17, 2014. They also sent me acknowelgement for my test and it was mentioned that my seat is held for this provided if i pay the fee in next 5 days and upload the relevant ID docs, which i did. it was also mentioned in the email that if you dont pay within deadline (5days), your place will be cancelled.



I kept following them for the last 5-6 days through emails and phone calls untill finally when i went personally, they simply said that your seat is not in May 10, test date. I may avail May 17 test date or can get refund of my money.

Did this happen to some one and shouldnt i raise official complaint against their vague email commnication?

i after submitting the required fee for IELTS, also applied to WES for credentail assessment and hoping that i will catch up the train for immigration of 2014.

What do you think that if i appear in May 17 test, whose result will come by June 01/02; will i be able to make it before cap ceases......

My job duties are as follows:

1) Interpret, analyze and investigate company's financial risk profile, business risk profile
2) Investigate companies financial statements and interpret it to understand credit risk involved in the company by preparing a detailed credit report
3) Visit and verify the client's manufacturing facilities and production units and prepare a report on it
4) Interacting with the statutory auditors of the client to investigate and inquire about the quality of governance and internal control system of the client
5) Interact with the bankers of the client to investigate overall conduct of the client's account and investigate whether there is any delay in debt servicing or any overdrawing in the account
5) Constantly monitor the client's financial situation and review it periodically
6) Investigate and interact with the customers and suppliers of the client
6) Assign Credit ratings to the company depending on their Credit quality assessed from the above mentioned tasks
6) Analyze Industry trends and write a report/article on the effect of which on the credit quality of the clients
7) Investigating regulatory and legal requirement of the clients and compliance with them to make the assigned ratings live



I would appreciate your response. As I m in a great dilemma

But now they are saying that at the end of this email, it is a also written that "Your application will be processed upon receipt and test date will be confirmed, subject to availability" and on this basis they are not allowing me to sit in.

Dont you people think that these are mutiple below condition in single email and candidates are being fooled; i-e

1. A place is held for you at the test centre shown below. A test place is confirmed only after the required ID document has been submitted and approved and payment has been received.
2. Cancellation only when they do not receive the payment

and finally even if you meet all desired requirements, they have mentioned buffet condition that "Your application will be processed upon receipt and test date will be confirmed, subject to availability"

Yes you are right that i shoudnt waste my energy in fighting as it is very difficult to fight with organisations but these organisations ideally should not be playing with individual life/career. Whole of my planning went out. By June 01/02, i was not in pakistan and i had to travel to UAE and appear in one exam there. if i wait for IELTS ressult, then i have to skip my exam. Further these 7 days in this tough immigration competition are very crucial. One may be out by single day difference and if you find out that u are not in immigration queue due to 1-2 days difference then it is unbearble loss of your efforts, money and time.

i am hardly meeting the required points/score of immigration and if i dont make it for this year, then i will lose 2 points next year for my age.. So you can imagine, i will probably not make it ever for immigration and my whole planning will be out.....and it deeply hurt because of some one's mismanagement/miscommunications.

Any way My primary NOC is 1111 Financial auditors and accountants; however i may consider applying under 0111 Financial managers

You, yourself best understand your duties....do some research on NOC website as to which category they best match. Once you decide get second opinion from your friend or colleague. It is ou who have to take the decision, what if somebody says none, will you sit idle. This is your decision.

Some Issues related to filling forms.

I have been asking for this confusion but couldnt get solutions yet.
1. While Filling Schedule A Background Information form, in no. 8, I cannot write full name of my employer.
It appears as below.

I am able write only "Feedback Infrastructure Serv" but full name of the company is "Feedback Infrastructure Services Private Limited"
What shall I do ?

2. I am showing a balance certificate of 15000 CAD from my Saving account of Bank only as a Proof of fund.
In Schedule 3 form, Shall I write as follows ?
Assets 14,000
Liabilities 0
Settlement funds 14,000

Is it necessary to show the liabilities ?
