Based on that, What do you guys think of a May 30th applicant for NOC 1112?

I want to check how long the Police certificate is valid?

I got a PCC in May. Also my package was sent in late May, hopefully it will get charged late September., Will my PCC still be valid for VO? How is its validity calculated?

Hi, If you sent the corrected forms and explained properly what needs to be replaced with what in the cover letter, plus identified yourself and your original application with enough details I believe they will add the later content to the first file. No need to be worried in this case! Right now you just have to trust me on this!!

And just to answer your other question you will be SAFE by Sep 15th (although I personally don't think you need this). Cheers!!

I guess my brain has gotten cursed just for the purpose of the Canada app , because I haven't sent the extra sheet for Family Information with everyone's names written in native language.

I want to say some mistakes I did it but alhamdllaeh it passed

1- I sent my file to po.box mail instead of other address however I used courier not regular mail
2- all my experience letter didn't contain numbers of working hours or salary
3- additional family form I wrote me as applicant in the 2 form instead of 1- form related to me and other form related to my wife
4-in 10 years experience I wrote 2003 instead of 2004
5- I forgot to make labels to my address
6- I didn't use any cover letter or any clarification paper
But you should believe if Allah need some thing it will happen whatever you do +ve or -ve
It will happen without rational

I just wrote it to be beneficial to all my friends here

That native language is not a big issue at all. My immigration professional never fills that native language thing and would have got more than 500 successful cases in the last 3 or so years without filling that. So enjoy!!

Important thing is to write principal applicants name, title of form and no. Of question concerned on the A4 paper, forms must be arranged as advised on checklist documents, barcode page 1st...

There are many cases in which WES "CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY" states two degrees.. say, Degree A - n yrs AND Degree B - r yrs). else, it would state the 'Highest Degree" based on their analyses of ALL your credentials.

I firmly believe that CIC marks are awarded on the basis CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY.. so unless it explicitly states two degrees, I would NOT assume 22 points 8)

So long as 67+ points are obtained, there isn't a need to add to the debate

The second segment above is the Original Post by the person who needs the question answered.

If you see the WES Report - on the Top it says "CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY". This Canadian equivalency summary, in my opinion and understanding, is the RESULT of an applicants Educational Credential Assessment which is derived by evaluating ALL his educational qualifications, and not in PART.

Now, WES has stated his "CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY" which is Bachelors Degree (Four Years) after evaluating both his credentials and not one of the two.

Unless the CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY segment of the WES Report is of no significance in your opinion, I do not see how the candidate will be awarded 22 points. In my opinion, the CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY must state "Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas" for the applicant to score 22 points, which it does not.

I sent my application on 3rd Sep. by DHL and it has reached to ONTARIO on 5th Sep. Since then the status on DHL website has been showing "Forwarded for delivery". The weekend is over but no more update so far. I'm really anxious about that.

What I came to know from this forum is that there is no DHL service in the Nova Scotia area and DHL is using 3rd party named "Loomis Express" from Dartmouth to Sydney. However, I'm not sure about that. Someone please give some light on it.

Expect package to be delivered before cob on Tuesday. Had similar experience with dhl

thanks thats why i was asking how to inquire for the same from CIC as few pages back some one 26th may applicant mailed cic for his status and came to knw about his rejections. so i want to know the email address for cic where i can inquire... as my ielts is going to expire in October so i have to appear from ielts again. although i have attached 1 exp. certf. including my JD in detail that was for 1.5 years exp. in NOC 4011, but from current employer i got simple exp. cert. showing duration of work, i also attached my appointmment letters, salary statement, Form no 16, ITR, I. card, self declaration affidavit....... rest all other things. so please let me know the email add.

I noticed that you have attached 1 exp. certf. including your JD in detail for 1.5 years exp. in your NOC 4011.
You have to know if the duties listed in your exp. certf match well with those listed in NOC4011, you may pass the Occupation eligibility condition as CIC will consider your application as you have more than one year work exp in this eligible occupation.

Has anyone verified your NOC by sending a mail to noc-cnp@workingincanada.gc.ca?

I sent a mail with my duties listed on my letter of reference, but they did not give me corresponding NOC number because they think the duties are not detailed enough. I am depressed now because I have sent my package, and it is not possible for my manager to give me another letter since they think the letters have enclosed enough information for people who are in the same industry.

I'm starting to prepare for EOI ...
