Don't know by the time you read this reply of mine , someone else might have educated you for the same

Let me do my part : this guy got 2 degrees 1: which got equivalent with 4 yrs bachelors and 2nd with 3 years equivalence. Now please re-do your calculations and share your part of wisdom ( 2 degrees )

P.s: I vote for 22 points

In my WES evaluation, 'The Canadian Equivalency Summary' states 'Bachelor's degree (Four years)' only, and in the below credential analysis part it shows two separate credentials, first which is Canadian equivalent to 'Bachelor's degree (Four years)' and the second credential which is equivalent to 'Bachelor's degree (three years)', therefore should I expect 21 or 22 points for my Education?

The second segment above is the Original Post by the person who needs the question answered.

If you see the WES Report - on the Top it says "CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY". This Canadian equivalency summary, in my opinion and understanding, is the RESULT of an applicants Educational Credential Assessment which is derived by evaluating ALL his educational qualifications, and not in PART.

Now, WES has stated his "CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY" which is Bachelors Degree (Four Years) after evaluating both his credentials and not one of the two.

Unless the CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY segment of the WES Report is of no significance in your opinion, I do not see how the candidate will be awarded 22 points. In my opinion, the CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY must state "Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas" for the applicant to score 22 points, which it does not.

Hello all,

I had 3 employers out of 2 denied giving roles and
Responsibility letter on letter head, so I got email from my senior colleague at work notarised it and had a self declaration affidavit done stating due to company policy letter can't be issued hence a email with roles. Done this under a stamp paper.

What I want to know is, people who got per or CC charged did anyone has similar situation and still got Per.rest assured I have submitted tax receipts, pay stubs, offer and relieving letters,form 16 from these employers.

Hi All,

I went to the passport office in Bangalore, India today to apply for PCC. After one whole day's waiting, the deciding authority tell me that they cannot provide me PCC for my current passport as they deem it damaged. One page of my Passport is indeed damaged because of a baggage leak but the pages that matter are all intact. I have actually flown to the US and countries in Europe with this damaged passport. The option that I have now is to apply for a new passport. I have been wanting to do that as my old one expires in 2016, I need to add spouse details, change my address and get rid of the damage, of all the reasons.

I applied for FSW 2014 and my app reached CIO on June 5th. Please let me know your advice in this matter. Should I go for a re-issue of passport at this juncture where I am expecting my application to be processed sometime next month? Do you see any consequences of this? Looks like i will need a new passport for PCC anyways.

You can instead directly apply for PCC via the Karnataka Police Superintendent. I have added some links below for your help:

- Select Point number 12: Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for going abroad (Visa for studies)/Immigration purpose also for obtaining green card.

Make sure you carry one set of photocopies of your current address proof, name and date of birth and i think 2 sets of passport photos.

Also in Bangalore PCC, they do mention from when you are residing in that police jurisdiction, so if you want PCC for a period longer than say 2 years, make sure the proof you are providing for current address has that start date.

Yes, I got charged and later PER basis reference letter with duties etc. on plain A4 from supervisor (also attached business card of supervisor)

I too added income tax documents, pay slips and offer letter from the job (later also sent a cover letter to explain why I couldn't get reference letter on company letter head, but before my second courier arrived DD was already charged)

I believe the number of VOs that have issued visas, requested passports and medicals is higher than those in the list above. I believe so because my gut says there are many who frequent this forum, but never enter their details in the spreadsheet or post their details on this forum. If you're one of those people, PLEASE, PLEASE POST YOUR DETAILS ON THE SPREADSHEET!!! The application process is an emotional roller coaster. I believe I speak for many when I say that many of us go through the whole spectrum of emotions ranging from despair to hope every day. Just seeing that your designated VO is issuing visas/ requesting passports or medicals can make a person's day - so, again silent forum visitors, PLEASE POST YOUR DETAILS!
