I can see CIC are moving faster for CC and PER... so for the current trends when do you think they will charge May 30?? PER??

I am also a May 30 person applicant; I can't wait to get my CC charged.

I sent my application to CIO yesterday and I forgot to mention my NOC code and FSW1 on the envelope . Do you think it will be a concern as all the relevant information is mentioned in the forms.

Hello all,

I had 3 employers out of 2 denied giving roles and
Responsibility letter on letter head, so I got email from my senior colleague at work notarised it and had a self declaration affidavit done stating due to company policy letter can't be issued hence a email with roles. Done this under a stamp paper.

What I want to know is, people who got per or CC charged did anyone has similar situation and still got Per.rest assured I have submitted tax receipts, pay stubs, offer and relieving letters,form 16 from these employers.

i'm a May 16th applicant and got my CC charged on August 25th. Today I received PER. ( September 8th)

I notice one thing from the NDVO MR group, almost 90% have the total point over 70. Most likely higher point holder are getting preference. This is just an observation don't get too excited.

May 20 applicant, August 29 CC charged.

If cap update of today, shows over 300 new apps than it is safe to assume it is based on completeness check and not PER. What you guys think. According to spread sheet a 26th May application is returned. So they probably done the completeness check for May by now and move to some point in June.

Possible thy have stared 26th may as 24 and 25 was a
Weekend. 23rd applicants were being charged.

My app had some mistakes....i just mentioned 2 year addreses instead of 10 years.

Sent correction letter..not sure attached those letter or ignore the mistakes.

Hi All,

I am a new entrant to this forum.

I wish to apply under the NOC 0112 within the FSWP program and need your guidance.

First of all, I need to understand what title would be most suitable for me while applying under this category as I am working as Assistant Vice President Human Resources with one of the MNCs. Would the experts here recommend me to mention "Director, Human Resources" or "Manager, Human Resources"? Please suggest.

I also have few other queries which I hope to get answers for from the experts here. These are:

1. Is the PCC required/ mandate while submitting the entire application or can it be submitted later when the CIC asks for the Medicals?
2. Can the PF account balance be considered as 'Assett"?
3. I have an outstanding Housing Loan for ~35 Lakhs. Shall I have to mention the same under the "Liabilities" head?
4. I have done my Masters through a distance learning program and hence, got my Bachelors validated/ verified from the WES. So, does this mean that I should mention my highest qualification as Bachelors?
5. Both I and my spouse don't have our names mentioned on our respective Birth Certificates. Is is mandate to have our names added to our respective Birth Certificates? OR is there any alternative (class 10th certificate, etc.)
6. My spouse had stayed in the UK during the last 10 years (2004-2007). How do we obtain the PCC for the same? Can the UK Embassy be approached to arrange for the same?
7. As mentioned above, my spouse had lived and worked in the UK during (2004-2007). Does he have to submit any proofs for the same (like old passport, employment letter/ salary slips, etc.)? Please suggest.

We have some more queries which might follow shortly.

Appreciate experts' advice on the queries above.
