Dear all!

Indeed, Nilesh has 02 degrees and of course 02 Bachelor's degrees equivalent to a Canadian one will claim for 22 pts! It is clearly stated by CIC.
So, do understand that the isue is not about doing or re-doing calculation ops. here!! ;D)

But I've found the Vote idea so interesting & "fun"!! I vote 21 pts for Education and hope Nilesh has already got his total 67 points.

my vote is for 22 points

CIC document on this topic is very clear. if a person has 2 bachelors degree and same has been evaluated by WES as bachelors degree of 3 years or more he will get 22 points. WES will not write 2 bachelors degree and you get 22 points on the report. They have nothing to do with points or how points are calculated.

Some of the members have been going on about a simple thing all day and its leading to confusion among some ppl.

Hello all,

I had 3 employers out of 2 denied giving roles and
Responsibility letter on letter head, so I got email from my senior colleague at work notarised it and had a self declaration affidavit done stating due to company policy letter can't be issued hence a email with roles. Done this under a stamp paper.

What I want to know is, people who got per or CC charged did anyone has similar situation and still got Per.rest assured I have submitted tax receipts, pay stubs, offer and relieving letters,form 16 from these employers.

How to know whether the file has been transferred to local Visa office or not ?? How did the appplicants who got PER knew that their file has been transferred to local Visa Office ?? Did you all get email or what ?? please clarify me. Thanks !

Sum people are so busy in their lives that they simple dont bother about others, they became anxious when they wat help or r in trouble....
