Got a medical request today from my visa office (Kyiv), along with a request for an up-to-date reference letter from my current employer. No other documents have been requested.
It's totally out of the blue, I didn't expect Kyiv office to be so quick! :)
Will have my medical exam tomorrow.
Congrats dmitry! All that hard work on our 2014 spreadsheet is paying off ;D.

Hi ashif_eee, Kollins, Century, Oscar7, future_canadian and all other experts and Whats App friends,

With the help of you all, I've sent my Application on yesterday (02-09-2014). Thank you so much for your support Bro's & Sis's....

I made a mistake in the fee payment form.

For mentioning amount for my 2 years old child, I've chosen "Each family member under the age of 22 who is unmarried and not in a common-law relationship" instead of choosing "Dependent child under 19, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship".

Though the amount for both are same ($150), I don't know whether it can be ignored or will lead to rejection of my application.

Please suggest your thoughts experts....

Need a confirmation on the steps required now:
1. Pay fee online using the link above and print the receipt - I have to enter number of applications as 2 (as i need to pay 980 CAD)
2. Obtain PCC for my spouse and myself -- to be send in original
3. Need to get medicals done: to be send in original
4. Photocopies of my son's, wife's and my passports

Send all of this to NDVO by courier/speed post or whatever

Hey Seniors,

After files reach to VO how do they process it?

I mean its on received date sequence, or

NOC wise seperate officers or

They just give it randomly (e.g. bach of 10 or 15 file given to differrent officers and when they clear one batch next batch will be given to them) or

anything else?

Pls reply...

Can we still start with the process? I am yet to get my WES report. Is it too later already? I am planning to apply for 2174.

Hi,

Guys please solve my query.

MY designation on my experience letter from the organization was different when i applied for FSW in June , i have left that organization , but while leaving i got the designation changed to a more meaningful technical title that my profile is based on.

SO the package that CIC has . 1 exp letter with ABC designation & 1 affidavit with job duties.

while the last exp letter at my last organization and well in their records would not be "ABC" and would be "XYZ" ,

DO i need to inform anyone about that ??

please help ASAP..

Hi,

Don't worry. DHL doesn't have a direct service to Nova Scotia. So first it will go to Ontario and will be handed over to their 3rd party agent and they will take around 2-3 days time to deliver it to the CIO office. And it will show Delivered but signed by as blank. Would recommend you to call them and they will tell you that it was signed by DAN most likely.

Regards,
Shekher

I am also Send by DHL service on Aug 28, but not yet delivered there...so sad
