Hi all,
questions about IMM5662 form - supplementary travel

1) not enough row to input all the trips, what should I do? my spouse even has more trips than me.
2) I don't have dependent child "18 old or elder", my child only 4 yrs old. so do need to check the box "do not travel" or not?

1. U can take an extra sheet for this form
2. Yes tick on- "did not travel".

After "Immutable" confirmation for MR (NDVO) it is now very obvious that NDVO is not going to send AOR this year. And if AOR is not being sent by NDVO then I guess the timelines for sending MR is OK.. Seems they are working on multiple applications and now it is case by case.. Some may take weeks and some months... "Immutable" is 7th May applicant while delhi2173 is 5th May applicant... Although there are around 20 applicant before 7th May applicant as per the forum spread sheet and there could be some more but now I think its high time for getting MR Rain from NDVO.. Hopefully we should see 15 to 20 MR in next one month... So below applicants.. please sit tight and keep your email and spam checking... Confirm the good news as soon as it comes..

Use the additional sheet to include remaining trips. You can mention with pen as additional sheet..
No need to check the box for children not travel as your child is less than 18. leave it as it is.

Hi,
I was thinking of getting credentials assessed by WES and had a question. I have done B.E. from VTU, Belgaum and i found details on net on how to get attested copy of transcripts.

On WES website , it is mentioned that marksheets, degree certificate also need to be attested from Registrar/Controller.
Q1. Is transcript in sealed envelope not sufficient enough for WES ?

Q2 . How will i go about getting marksheets attested ? Should i send this along with the request for transcripts through post ?

Please do share your experience . Thanks a lot for your help in advance.

Since CIC has already started to charge CC/DD of FSW14, U are going to receive ur PER email (positive Eligibility Review) soon. This will contain ur application Number and UCI.

U will receive ur PER email from the below CIC email ID :


Centralized-Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca


Above ID may have space, u will need to consider without space.

U can Keep this ID on safe list of ur email account. Since this email sometimes go to Junk/spam older. So also check this folders for ur expected email.....

After getting PER and file transfer u can courier the below docs for ur new born child:

1. Updated Additional Family Information IMM5406” FOR U AND SPOUSE.
2. 150 CAD bank draft
3. With a cover letter mentioning your new born child addition.
4. Child Birth Certificate
5. Passport.
6. updated Bank cert+statement
7. PHOTO-6 COPIES (WITH FIVE COPIES WRITTEN WITH NAME+DOB+Photo taken date )
8. Updated Generic form
