Hi,

I am an indian CA having 8 years of experience (including 3 years of articleship experience) and I hold graduation degree too. I want to know how many points do i get for my work experience and for my education. WES evaluated my education as two bachelor's degree (3years) with following brief :-

1. BCOM
Entry requirement :- Secondary
2. CA
Entry requirement :- Bachelor's

I think 21 for Education & 13 for work experience as I think articleship might not be counted.

For the post qualification experience of 5 years or more u get 15 points and for 2 bachelor degree u get 22 points

how many of 8th may applicants for London visa office have received a second line on their ecas status.?i received my per on 13th august but still have one line on ecas update? ???

Dear Forum Friends,

I wanted to check what does the following means?

I called up CIC on the automated IVR and entered the UCI number(which i had thru last year application.
The automated voice message states that they have received my application on May 14-2014

I have not got any confirmation from my Bank nor any PER

What should i assume throught the automated voice message reply " they have received my application on May 14-2014"

Does that mean that my Bank Draft has been encashed......

Dear Friends,
i have sent my docs to Canada for F s w p under n o c code 1113.I forget to send form no 5620 but i send correct fee of 1250 cad . my file reached to Canada on 19/08/2014 . What to do now does i required to send form,or can i send this Form 5620 to CIO to attach in my file or not.What will happen with my application. does i really need to send this from or otherwise my fee dd is with them .could i send e mail to cio with attachment as there is not requirede any signature on this.

yes its was 21 points in ielts test but they calculated 20 points.i send them ielts test copy,rejection letter and recalculation table through courier....
it reaches cic on 21 aug 14 and today i got email from same cic officer abt PER(disregard earlier email)..

no they didnt return anything(they clealry mention that all documents they will keep in their record and fees also be a part of their process)

now with this PER email i got recipt of payment of 550C$ also.

Better go to your bank, tell them you are expecting an international transaction, ask them to increase your limit to accommodate the application fee and bank charges and ask them to please monitor the card and inform you when it is charged or international transactions are attempted on it. This is what others are doing as CIO will only attempt to charge 3 times, cheers.

Hi,

My Application reached CIC on 13-May; and I took DD from Royal Bank of Scotland.

To my previous msgs - people in this forum confirmed that International DD's would be valid till 6months.

I could not able to get any info from my bank. As they keep on stating that DD's are 3 months valid

Now I am afraid of my situation as I dint get any mail as well

Frens, can someone tell me if my DD is not valid - what will CIC do?? does they send my application back??

God, never helped me in my life, and he still seems to be continuing that
