I have bachelor of science in pharmacy and I worked as a pharmacy manager for 4 years and I am also a pharmacist.One of eligible occupation in FSW is "managers in healthcare" and of the titles listed under this occupation is "pharmacy director" and "chief of pharmacy". My questions are:

1- Which ECA do I have to submit with my application? Is it WES or from Canada board of pharmacy( pharmacist is a regulated professional )? In hrsdc website , it says that "Certification in the relevant profession is required" as an employment requirement for managers in healthcare, and I am not sure what is that means? Does it mean that I have to get ECA from Canada board of pharmacy .
2- Does it make difference if the job title in the reference letter from my previous employer says "pharmacy manager" NOT " pharmacy director or chief of pharmacy" I have a reference letter with "pharmacy manager" as a title. would this create problems in my application?

In proof fund i have mutual funds, investment in shares which i didnt declare last year as proof , but now i will sell my mf and shares and create new fixed deposit with older one in my name , it will be any problem, as i am banker i cant keep big funds like this in my name.

so i will get directly medical request whether it will get upated in ecas or they will email me

ECAS for many stays at in process all the way through the application, best to watch your in box as that's were your MR and PP request will come

The listed occupation states director or chief and in mind that would indicate someone higher than a manager and so I'm unsure that as a pharmacy manager you could apply under that category

In first few months of marriage, WIFE is a supervisor, but gets a promotion every month and before first anniversary she is the CEO. Wait for it.

Please bear in mind brother Shah I'm in common law relationship now for over 7 years, she did not need a marriage certificate to rule my life and become chairman of the board lol

I am facing an issue with an error in father's name; my father's correct name is Narinder Singh however in my passport the name is Naninder Singh and this is because of my matriculation certificate which again has the mis-spelt name Naninder Singh. So the same thing repeats in my PCC.

So what should I do in this case:-
- offer explanation
- offer affidavit
- nothing

Please guide me.

The years of experience slabs in Question No. 12(b) in the new Schedule 3-Economic Classes form released this month has been modified. Now we cannot show roles with less than 1 year experience. However the experience letter I collected contains one role which is of 6 months duration. How do I show this on the form?
