For 0311 code, u can get it from any1 ......... for WES check if ur institute is listed ........ u can also opt for ICAS or UoT or the pharma board. Pharma board will take longer and have strict requirements than ICAS/UoT..... but u will be able to use it for 3131 (if applicable). ICAS & UoT can't be used for 3131.

Guys i need help with my liabilities proof.

I have a car loan, which is partially paid till now. I am going to declare the car in asset and remaining loan amount in "liabilities" but i can't proof it. I have statements from online bank account but bank says its not our policy to provide such letter or to stamp such statements.

Can any one give me a good advice on this matter?

Don't worry about proof of assets and liabilities for now, just focus on proof of settlement funds.

If your local VO asks you for proof of assets and liabilities, you can gather this info. You can probably find the value of the car online, and surely there must be a record somewhere of how much remains on your car loan. Providing statements should be plenty.
