Hi guys,

I urgently need help on the below part as I am preparing my application for ECA to WES :

I need to fill up the field "Year of Award (if applicable)" in the "Academic Records Request Form".
My convocation degree states:
"We the chancellor...confer the Degree of "Bachelor of Engineering" (in its /Computer Engineering Branch) on XYZ for the examination held in May-2010 at the Convocation held on 5th February, 2011 ".

My final examination of 8th semester was in the month of May-2010 and I passed it then coz the result came 3 months later in Aug-2010.

Now what should I fill in the field "Year of Award (if applicable)" in the "Academic Records Request Form"? Should I fill "2010" or "2011"

Requesting you all to please help on the same asap..!! Thnks in advance !!

In additional documents I have bank statement, Should I highlight salaries or leave it as orignal

Here are some of the supporting documents that I suggest you attach to your application if you have them.

1) Pay stubs

2) Employment contracts

3) Tax returns (In my country, the tax return mention the name of the employer with whom the tax payee worked for)

4) Social security contribution forms (Again, in my country the social security contribution form mentions the employers name)

5) You can send bank statements that show that you've been paid ( For example, bank statements that shows direct deposits of X dollars has been made by Y company in your bank account). Yes, I'd highlight the direct deposits made in your account by your employer and mention that I'm highlighting them to provide additional proof that I genuinely did work for the company .

You should mention the date/year on which the degree is signed underneath.

Medicals is at a later stage of the FSW process and will be duly communicated to you by your local visa office.
If you do it now,it will amount to waste of time and resources.
You are not meant to do any medicals at this application stage.
Just follow the document checklist and package your application package in steps identified.

On the envelope,Your names,address and postal code will be on the top left corner of the envelope while CIC's address will be in the middle /centre spread of the envelope.

i didn't write my details on the top left corner, instead i used bottom right corner. i dont think that should cause any issues :-\

Please i need to make a quick enquiry.
A friend of mine sent her application without sending the self addressed labels but send just one self addressed envelop with her address and CIO address. Please what should she do to amend this? The package has been delivered already. What would happen please? Is this a criteria for return? Please someone who has experience should be response. We need help quickly?

Or should she quickly re-apply?

My wife's education was in british system, as in a levels/ o levels, and she took 5 years to complete her bachelors of 4 years because of her dual major. so I have two questions:

1. how many years will be in her elementary and secondary?
2. how many years in university (the actual 5 years or the generalized 4 years)? or the one in her ECA report (3 years bachelor degree)?

The image not visible.

In that case of no dates underneath, the date/year of results should be the one in my opinion. Convocations can be held much later, don't matter.
