Seniors please advise,

I am working with on organization since May 2005 and recieve two promotions. My expriance fall in two different NOCs.

May 2005 to May 2011 in NOC 1111
May 2011 to Present in NOC 0013

I mentioned Experiance of 6 years in one occupation and 3 years in my present occupation as per my immigration application. My Employer however gave me the the reference letter, which covers 80% of NOC 0013 and 20 % of NOC 1111. I need advise what could be the possible outcome in this situation i mean how many points i may obtain in experiance category.

To be eligible for FSW nomination, one must have at least one years experience in a nominated occupation. According to your post, you have more than that in two eligible occupations - 1111 and 0013. So that's not a problem. CIC checks whether you're eligible for nomination under one of the nominated occupations by cross-checking whether your experience, as stated by your employment reference letters, STRONGLY fits the duties performed description of the nominated occupation. I understand that you want to claim points for the occupation that you've worked the most number of years (1111). But, if the reference letter only matches 20 percent of the duties performed by a typical NOC 1111, you RISK REJECTION. On the other hand, if you nominate NOC 0013, you have a much higher chances of success as your experiences more strongly match that occupation.
I think the less riskier course of action for you is to nominate NOC 0013. BTW, according to the FSW spreadsheet there are 80 applicants in NOC 1111; in contrast, 0013 has only 20 entries.
Seems like you have better odds with 0013 in that aspect as well.

1- Age 34
2- Education points 21 (WES assessed my qulification equvilant to 4 Years Bachelors)
3- IELTS Reading 7.0 Listening 8.5 Writing 6.5 and Speaking 7.0
4- Experiance ( May 2005 to May 2011 in NOC 0111 and May 2001 till date 0013,,, employer reference letter however covers my latest assignment)

I can obtain a fresh letter from my employer. Shall be thankful for the guiding response.

Congrats!!!You are lucky.. mine is 12th and still no news...i am loosing patience level...I understand patience rocks. but get tensed that if they are working on 13th may applicants then wer the hell are the 12th may applications gone?

Congrats..... 13th may has begun.. lets hope for more CC charges along with pending PERs

I also applied under the same category & was having the same issue. I asked my employer to provide me a letter in the following format
From June 2013 to Date .... (NOC 0013)
mentioned duties here of this NOC
From say June 2008 to May 2013 (NOC1112)
Mentioned duties here of this NOC
In last paragraph salary details for the periods with changes mentioned.

Hi All,
I have a query regarding PCC.
I am 12th May applicant and am yet to receive my PER. I did not send the PCC with the original application as I did not have it at that time. However, now I have the required documents. Should I send it to CIC now, or should I wait for the local VO to ask for those document?

Guys, my present employer is very stubborn to mention the roles and responsibilities on the reference letter. I was just given a service certificate that I am working in their company from so n so date.

If this reference letter is not considered, my total experience would come to 3 years and 11 months.

Kindly let me know how many points will I get if I consider only 3 years 11 months ?

You have to nominate an occupation. Which one did you nominate? To be precise, on the Schedule 3 form for question 12 part a, what occupation did you write? 1111 or 0013?

Well filled schefule 3 as below

May 2011 till date (After second Promotion) 0013 and its duties
May 2008 to May 2011 (After first promotion) 0111 its JDs
May 2005 to May 2008 0111 its Jds

my employer howere mentioned my present duties in his reference letter.
