I want to know that, whether I should mention the visits in 2010 & 2011, as at that time UAE was not by country of residence

Seniors please advise,

I am working with on organization since May 2005 and recieve two promotions. My expriance fall in two different NOCs.

May 2005 to May 2011 in NOC 1111
May 2011 to Present in NOC 0013

I mentioned Experiance of 6 years in one occupation and 3 years in my present occupation as per my immigration application. My Employer however gave me the the reference letter, which covers 80% of NOC 0013 and 20 % of NOC 1111. I need advise what could be the possible outcome in this situation i mean how many points i may obtain in experiance category.

To be eligible for FSW nomination, one must have at least one years experience in a nominated occupation. According to your post, you have more than that in two eligible occupations - 1111 and 0013. So that's not a problem. CIC checks whether you're eligible for nomination under one of the nominated occupations by cross-checking whether your experience, as stated by your employment reference letters, STRONGLY fits the duties performed description of the nominated occupation. I understand that you want to claim points for the occupation that you've worked the most number of years (1111). But, if the reference letter only matches 20 percent of the duties performed by a typical NOC 1111, you RISK REJECTION. On the other hand, if you nominate NOC 0013, you have a much higher chances of success as your experiences more strongly match that occupation.
I think the less riskier course of action for you is to nominate NOC 0013. BTW, according to the FSW spreadsheet there are 80 applicants in NOC 1111; in contrast, 0013 has only 20 entries.
Seems like you have better odds with 0013 in that aspect as well.

I am a newbie. Need help on following:

This is not what I need help on. I need help on:

My passport doesn't have my wife's name. It says I am single.
My wife's passport doesn't have my name. It says she is single.
I have marriage certificate though. It says both of us are married - to each other!

If I apply for Canadian PR and wish to include my wife as my dependent applicant, do I need to include my wife in my passport and she has to include me in her passport?

Please advise.

you might require it to renew your passports at later stage (PCC stage) unless you decide to go your native places independently to get PCC (i am assuming both of your passports are pre marriage and belongs to your native places)

My application received date is May 19th (NOC1112) and I can see our experts mentioned that CIC is processing 12th and 13th May file. Please let me know if I have to write an email to CIC on August 19th that is next week asking for an update or do you suggest to wait patiently. I was rejected last year and my consultants said NOC was capped..This time I am praying to god...Experts please advice

As you are already aware that cic is working on 12,13 may applications... So i would suggest you to wait for your turn...
