It's hardly a problem. Anyone can claim a copy of TRF on basis of immigrating to Canada or UK.

[size=9pt] Dear MoDoXy, I agree what you are showing is not incorrect but the wider practice is to use paper clips (rather than staple documents together). The only thing that people could staple is the business card of the supervisor stapled with the letter in case the reference letter is not on company letter head. A good proportion of the applicants do use paper clips and one big binder clip for their package. Cheers!

I have got stapled ones in my application, too, such as notary approvals.

Staple it on blank A4 size paper and attach it with Reference Letter using paperclip.

Kindly help confirm if Fixed Deposit will be accepted by my local VO (specifically AVO) when POF is requested after my documents have been transferred from CIC? If yes, will I need to present updated certificate from bank when POF is requested from Local VO or can I present the same one I used when I submitted to CIC? Kindly help clarify.

I am a 8th may 2132 applicant & i got a mail yesterday saying that my application was returned as it was deemed incomplete.
So i have prepared another application & don't want it to suffer the same fate.
Following are the documents i am attaching as part of application, please do suggest any corrections i should make asap as i am ready send it by tomo.

10. Self signed Affidavit explaining inability to get reference letter on letterhead

12. Supervisor's visiting card
13. Notarized copy of Supervisor's company ID card
14. Letter of reference on Affidavit signed by my supervisor
15. Notarized copy of service letter issued by company on letterhead mentioning current designation, duration of employment, department & present address
16. Notarized copies of my last 3 promotion or appraisal letters with attached remunerations
17. Notarized copies of my last 6 payslips & few random payslips from last 3 years

[size=9pt] To tell you honestly they will not return your application if you send a card with 05/2015 expiry since if the application has to get charged it will get charged a long time earlier than that. So no reason to worry about 09 months, also it is start of August now so technically you can count August as one month as well.

But if you are so concerned go and get a DD made / use another card. This is such a small issue it is not even worth writing 2-3 questions on. Common sense should prevail in such situations. ???

Thanks oscar. One more question: I submitted my application on 3rd July but I couldn't submit original bc of my non accompanying spouse. Now I am sending a new application, can I put my wife as accompanying?

Expiry date = valid till. In my card instead of expiry date, they've mentioned valid from and valid till. I am pretty sure you card would work until end of May 2015. And it's highly likely that your CC will get charged within six months of sending your app.
