but just now i tried a payment on a site with 2 in expiry box, shown an error " please add 0 or a number before 2".

so my doubt here is, will cic guys add tht "0" before 2 or they will just ignore and try with only 2? coz as i was signed the form and they dont have any right to change the card details and try for the payment.

am worried totally

Any news why this year the process is by my opinion somehow very slow? From the document sheet I can see that CIC is viewing applications received on 09/05/2014. My application was received on 12/05/2014 and still I need to wait. Any time predictions when should I expect my application ti be processed ?

And another thing to ask. If they start to process my application, then they will inform me by e-mail or ...?

After you get PER your application will be transferred to your Visa Office.
The Visa Office will send you an email for confirmation of receipt of your application, but not all Visa Offices does this.

There were already plenty of applications charged on May 12 - expect yours to be charged (if complete) within the next few days.

Seriously no need to worry...this issue has been brought up many times and it has not affected anyone's application or CC charging...

Affidavit(4 july,14) as a proof of birth but i think it has not been accepted...if it has been accepted then my dd has not been cashed on 25 th of july....

In my first application(12 may,14)I have included my birth certificate without having name on it and secondary school certificate... I think it has worked....so they didn't consider affidavit....



I had uci no from my last year file( which was returned due to cap fill) so i mentioned that, my passport number, complete name ofcourse and date of birth thats it

Thanks Ananjay !!! I will not send any additional docs now .. I will wait and see .. if it didnt work, I wll apply next year .. After all its not end of the world .. I just have to hold my horses till next year..

Another query with regards to my application, god knows how many more to come, I sometimes think that the seniors do such a noble cause by helping everyone of us and getting their applications through. Hats off and cheers!!

meanwhile, with regards to my query here it follows..

I have worked in 4 companies in my career so far:

Latest Company - Working for more than 4 years and claiming points for the code 1113 for 4 years, have reference letter signed by supervisor on company letter head

Immediate past - Worked for 2.5 years, but my profile more matches the code 0122 from NOC 2011 list, this code is not available in the latest NOC list, can I claim the points for this code??? Donot have reference letter, will provide self declaration on an affidavit along with joining letter, experience letter, salary slips, form 16

1 before the past - Worked for 1.5 years but not at a manager level, and the code also matches 0122, so if I wish to claim points for this code, what is the way out. Also, donot have reference letter, will provide self declaration on an affidavit along with joining letter, experience letter, salary slips,

First company - worked for about 9 months, but not claiming points, still will provide joining letter, experience letter.



Pls help what should i do in this case, and will the documentation I explained above suffice?

I will be filing my application latest by this weekend.

Sending PER email is the last information CIC provides you. after that your VO contacts you and deals with your case.

That wont be a problem.. Because CIC while charging fees from your card, they have to use two digit month code (02) / three character month code (FEB) and certainly they will use 02 and not simply 2.. you should be worried if it was showing 12 ;D

CIO inform the applicant that his/her file will be transferred to the VO in the actual PER email itself right?

My understanding is after the PER you will only receive an Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) from the local VO ...and not all VOs send this...

Guys I forgot to write DOB.But have written date of Photo taken...I hope that wont cause any issue...truly praying that it doesnt...

I made a big mistake of not writing photo taken date on the back of photograph . DOB and Names are written by hand.
will they send the entire application back or will request only new photos?

any thoughts.

It wont cause any problem brother, they will ask for new photos if they needed when your file will transfer to vo
