Usually Indian Universities don't send the transcripts on your behalf. So, better you collect the sealed envelope from them and send it to WES by yourself.

Ok...by the way...I will have to get my certificates of first and second year attested by clg and then third year by university..so if the university will seal the marksheets how will I include first and second year marksheets?,...or can I include that in another envelope...or do I have to tell the clg also to seal it...sry for asking such details but m totally unaware of all this..

If you have UCI check the status online. if you dont have,you can write to CIC n request for the status. They ll give u the UCI.
my app reached on 8th n ecas shows 'In Process'...and my payment mode is DD

I had been checking my ecas as I have UCI from last year. But it doesn't show anything yet. Which date you get your DD charged and which bank you got it from?

Every attested document you send to WES should be sealed. So follow this:
Get the attested copies for 1st and 2nd Year from your college and ask them to place it in an envelope, seal the envelope and get it attested by the college.
Now get the copies attested by the University for the 3rd Year. Ask the University to place them in an envelope and attest the envelope.
Send them separately to WES. They will find our what is what, don't worry about that. In case you are really concerned on how they would figure out, you can place a small post it on each of the envelope and indicate the years and the degree on the post it.

1) My filed was received at CIC on 8th July. But my passport expiry is 20 Sept 2014 & I have already applied for my new passport along with my wife whose passport expiry is Feb 2015. Now I am worrying that if I don't get my PER or CC charged by the Passport Expiry date, which is very likely to happen, then how I can send my updated passport or they will return back my file. Because they will review my file and charged CC on my expired passport which I have already sent for updation.

2) Also My Passport & my wife's passport details will also get changed (Address, Spouse's Name will be added & my wife's married name is also different). So is there any problem, as perhaps her forms need to be changed as my wife's name will get changed to married name.

3) I have mentioned my UCI number which I got on refusal of my visitor's visa, is it the same UCI number they are asking or specific FSWP UCI number. UCI number was not available for my wife as we have lost her rejection letter, so kept blank so is there any problem to keep it blank.

Passport: As long as your passport is valid, it is perfectly OK. Remember, for some VO it take more than 2 years and certainly many applicants passport validity expired. In that case, applicants need to inform VO about the changes in validity and any other changes.

UCI: If you don't know or lost UCI, leave it blank. No issue.

It will be valid as CIC takes into the account - the day your application was received and not the day your fee is encashed.

1. The letter only mentioned I was employed FULL TIME but not the numbers of hours worked per week. Is it OK?

2. The letter only mentioned my last monthly salary.
Is it good enough to satisfy "your total annual salary plus benefits"?

1. Full Time is good enough. Ensure giving appointment letter also to prove you are permanent employee also.

2. It is OK. Try to get a salary certificate and provide 3 months pay slips.
