If you have UCI check the status online. if you dont have,you can write to CIC n request for the status. They ll give u the UCI.
my app reached on 8th n ecas shows 'In Process'...and my payment mode is DD

Hey received my IELTS results

L-8, R- 8, W-7.5, S-7.5....means I can now claim for 24 point... ;D

M now going for my ECA...n have decided to do all my myself rather involving a consultant...saw their charges...1 lac rs that also before just before submitting the application...wt if it gets rejected, my 1 lac rs waste??....better I do it myself though I hv a lot of questions and m not sure abt anything...by I think if I ll go in flow I ll strt understanding...hope m dng right...anyways

1 question I have now is...I ll go n get my transcripts ready from Mumbai university but its only the 3rd year of bachelors that is thru university.. the frst two years are directly thru clg so do I have to get frst two years degree attested by clg and include them in the transcripts for sending to WES????

pls check 1st query in faqs:

Specific Instructions for University of Mumbai awarded Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce degrees.
For the degrees listed above, you may submit marks sheets that have been issued and attested by the college you attended for the first two years of study. Marks sheets for the third year must be issued and attested by the University of Mumbai. For all other degrees earned through the University of Mumbai, marks sheets for all years of study must be issued and attested by the university and not the college you attended.

Hi everyone. I have applied for NOC 3142. I sent my application on 19th june and they received it on 25th june. My query is that I have sent my generic application(March version instead of June as i could not take a print of june version on that particular day. Will it be a problem?????? and another query is that i have not placed the barcode page on top.The barcode page was the 5th paper in application form..............Do I have to worry about it?????

I am not very sure about the Generic Application form. But for the Bar code sheet you are fine. I too did the same mistake and most of the people in the forum said that we are fine.

there are two ways of sending transcripts to WES...international courier and standard mail via Canada post...which one is better?...how much time both takes???

Definitely use the International Courier. I think you meant the option that WES gives you for sending the report. Most of the people complained that if they choose standard mail the report was not delivered even after 2 months. So, pay extra and go for International Courier.


If you are referring to the transcripts being sent to WES by you then go for UPS(International Courier). I sent to WES via UPS and it reached in 4 days. My friend sent it vai DHL and they took 8 days. So, my personal choice is UPS.

Usually Indian Universities don't send the transcripts on your behalf. So, better you collect the sealed envelope from them and send it to WES by yourself.
