The Charge Estimates provided by Dmitryich are again proving to be close to accurate. As per the prediction, 12th may estd first charge date was 23rd and it seems correct!!

Well, I got a reply from CIO sydney for an email inquiry sent on June 10th. It was requesting to forward my application to CPC-Ottawa as I wrote Los Angeles in generic form. So funny, I have received medical request from Ottawa like a month ago ;D Explains how slow they are processing requests

Good luck to all those who are waiting for CC charge. Hope they pickup some speed

Please update your entry by following below steps:

2. After successful entry into the form, you will be redirected to a page. Please click on the "Edit your response"

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.

4. If you forgot to save "Edit your response" link, please resubmit and save it for future update. You old duplicate entry will be removed.

Hi All,

I have started my job in May 2003 as computer Support Technician,

I have reference letter from May 2003 to Dec 2006. Then I have joined one MNC, in which I am currently working.

According to rule company can not provide any ex. or reference letter till the time resign.

Please help me to get answers of below questions.




1) If I will provide me current job appointment letter with latest salary slip, will they consider current experience?
2) right now I am working as a Manager in same category as a Network Manager, will they consider same NOC experience.
3) will they consider my 6+ exp, or they will consider only 3.5 years of my first company experience.
4) What I have to do in this situation, Is there any work around to show current exp. and make them feel that current exp, is also relevant to same NOC 2281.

This experience is valuable and you should have to have experience letter for CIC
Job description will not cover in appointment letter but If you have JDs at the time of appointment contract than might be your case resolved.

Secondly You should take confidence of your boss for verification and request for his help. The only thing you need is company letter head, Later on if by chance your query goes to HR by CIC, than you are genuine employee and will clear verification.

Finally I dont agree for your company policy , not provide experience letter.

Immigration advisor advise me to call my package back from courier ...guys here said no need. ..I need any reference have same case and his case is ok
