Hi All,

I have few queries.

1. I am an applicant from India funds Required for 2 people in Canadian dollars is 14,720, how will I show CDR in my account. In Indian rupee 1cdr current value is 55.88, it will vary I know, how will I manage this. Is there any option banks are providing.
2. Is that joint account(me and spouse) is ok, spouse is also added in my application.
3. What are the proof I have to submit regarding the fund. Amount I am going to put now only.
4. Another query is my birth certificate is written in local language as well as in English will it be a problem.

Please help me on these

Need a expert advice on this.
I feel that my NOC is 2171 that is information system analyst/Consultant, however i sent a email to noc-cnp @ workingincanada.gc.ca with my roles and responsibilities with each employer with the designation i worked under.
Below is the email from them .

get it translated in english n notarized..but u hv to send original's xerox n english notarized copy with the app

To some extent your duties fall in the category , Please find below duties mentioned on NOC and match where stands, My advice to you to elaborate more ....
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a manufacturing establishment or the operations or production department of a manufacturing establishment
Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour and equipment to meet production targets
Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget
Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products
Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work
Direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures
Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.

Thanks once again. But can you answer one more query.

I will get my WES credentials by mid of august. So I will only submit my application in 3rd week of august.So, Is it advisable to apply under 2172/2173 (I design sw applications (for CAD) and even write code) if not for 2232 in 3rd week of August. Will I be able to make it into the cap?
what do you suggest?

Dear All,

Regarding to immigration consultant he said that printed document should be by laser paper only although I print out using ink jet printer...is it an issue
One more thing I live in golf area and I sent my wife visa without attestation is it an issue

Please advise

use any printer..that prints well and do use black ink
dont print on both sides.
your visa point is no issue..relax.

Fathers address details are not available due to some personal issues.......... Can we leave blank address??

Do we need to provide details of family members (sisters/bros) who passed away ....???

Hi All,

I have started my job in May 2003 as computer Support Technician,

I have reference letter from May 2003 to Dec 2006. Then I have joined one MNC, in which I am currently working.

According to rule company can not provide any ex. or reference letter till the time resign.

Please help me to get answers of below questions.

1) If I will provide me current job appointment letter with latest salary slip, will they consider current experience?
2) right now I am working as a Manager in same category as a Network Manager, will they consider same NOC experience.
3) will they consider my 6+ exp, or they will consider only 3.5 years of my first company experience.
4) What I have to do in this situation, Is there any work around to show current exp. and make them feel that current exp, is also relevant to same NOC 2281.
