Seems I've woken up really late. I've just about got my education evaluation process begun and haven't even given the IELTS. I had almost given up on Canada till I saw a stray email that suggested I qualify under NOC 1123.

My question to the big kahunas on the forum:

1. Does it make sense to go ahead and complete the application at this stage?
2. At what point does the quota of applications get filled up completely for this NOC (i.e.1123).

Any help is more than welcome.

Don't think too much...
Credentials evaluation is valid for 5 yrs and ielts is valid for 2 years...
So if you will be unable to submit your file for fsw then you will get more chances in future..
Be optimistic always...

There is a problem though, I do not trust anyone that asks me for my email.

That's was last years story and that time they just had 300 applications cap, and that the reason it got filled out early. This time they have 1000 application cap, so if I were you, I would take a chance.
